i ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and got biscuits meat on my sandwich no mayo like i asked and my bread was soggy but there wasn’t ANY mayo. please do better and they also will not answer the phone for my refund.

I only ever see the same two people in there & they are both so kind to everyone that comes through the drive-thru. Southern hospitality at its finest, we won’t go to other local Bojangles in Rome because they set the bar high. I work at Floyd Medical Center and will not eat at that one. Thank you for making every visit great ❤️
Oh, I forgot to mention that this one is way cheaper than the other Bojangles. Definitely worth every penny.

Absolute worst attitude with the manager. Got to the window and he barks out $14. (Apparently he was speaking to the customer on his headset. ) Unbeknownst to me I said I had ordered two chicken biscuits. He then barks at me $7. I kindly with a smile said “having a rough day?” Then barks at me drive on, slams the glass window so hard I’m honestly surprised it didn’t shatter. This guy should be on meds! Needless to say I’ll never return to that Bojangles.

It’s 8:16 pm and they are closed every time we come here at this time they are closed. Y’all need to change your time on your website because every time we come to this one they’re not open at this time. We will not be coming back here. If I could do no stars I would.

This is hands down the best Bojangles in Floyd County Ga. The prices aren’t near as high as any of the other Bojangles in town. The customer service is exceptional! The food is always fresh and always made exactly as ordered! Again, this is the best Bojangles in Floyd County Ga!

This Bojangles location doesn’t even deserve one star. We just pulled up at 12 pm for lunch and the guy says “we are sold out of all food for the day.” This has happened several times at this location. It is also the only bojangles location I know that upcharges for using a debit card. I am more than willing to drive across town to go to a different bojangles instead of going to this one. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here to save your sanity.
