Got there at opening 5an, placed my order and was told they were still trying to get opened and to park and will take my payment. I parked for about 15 mins and then she came back and asked me to go back around and place my order again. After i watched everybody after me get their order. It was crazy because i ordered with the ai voice. I just was over it and told her I’m good. She was nice tho.

My experience has been that the cashiers are generally rude here and lack customer service. Outside of that, today the cashiers made a scene out of the penny shortage when I requested them to correct it. I’ve been short changed here 4 times and never said anything until today. It adds up across customers and they are profiting as an already multimillion dollar company. With my change being $0.03, they should have rounded up anyway. Yes it’s small in this instance but a beautiful bonus for the company at the end of the year.

I’m from Duval County and was visiting. On the way to Atlanta we stopped at the Bojangles in Tifton, it was Delicious, I wanted more. I came to this one and my wings were so Old n Dry, The meat in the rice was chopped small, there were big pieces. In my way back Home I stopped back at the Tifton one. It was Great!!

Grits were dry and cold no butter was added at all….I asked for shredded cheese, my receipt shows shredded cheese but was given sliced cheese (cheese didn’t melt). Had to ask for salt and pepper. Bo berry biscuits were dry, not enough icing. Other Bojangles I visited had better food.

Crystal Charles at the Jefferson location provided excellent customer service. I had pleasure of trying the new steak and gravy biscuit, and the spicy chicken biscuit. They were both very good.
