I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I only ordered one item, yet the experience was frustrating. My Bo’s chicken sandwich was missing pickles, and worse, I found a hair in my food. When I tried to bring this to the staff’s attention, it was difficult to get help—only one worker eventually made eye contact with me. She did help inform me to go online to request a refund through the website since I had an online order. She’s the one reason I gave 2 stars for service. I suggest hairnets at all times when dealing with food!

I had a craving today for Bojangles (haven’t had fast food in several months). Was very disappointed. The supremes don’t taste the same or look the same. Food was gross. Biscuit was hard around the edges as well. Waited 30min and was very disgusted.

Ms. Keisha and Crickett is very friendly and professional. Make sure my order was accurate and on time. Treated me and rest of the customers like VIPs. Acknowledged me for serving in the Marines was the best ever! When I come back in town from Jacksonville, FL I will return again. The rest of the staff is excellent as well.

I have always enjoyed this Bojangles. The reason for my 3 stars for service is not the human service but the AI drive thru. It has gotten my Oder wrong twice but my biggest grievance is the amount of unnecessary questions it asks about additional items. I think it is slowing down the process of getting the food out and instead of making things better it’s doing the opposite. Please find a solution before I decide to go elsewhere for food!

I just want to say I’m extremely impressed with this Bojangles. I’m not usually a huge fan of Bojangles but I got a random craving for it and decided to try this location in Lancaster. I was greeted by a sweet man with kind eyes who made me feel so welcomed. My food was hot and fresh. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and got exactly that. My tenders were juicy, flavorful, with just the right amount of spice and crunch. Service was quick and efficient and the amount of food I got was great for $10! My drink was crispy and delicious. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience and will be returning.

Went here on way to NC and wow is all I can say. So extremely busy the drive thru lines were wrapped around building and the inside line was at least 15 people long. But the workers even though swapped did an excellent job of moving the line and staying calm despite the pressure. This is the best Bojangles in SC.

So I don’t eat chicken so I don’t come to Bojangles often. I tried the fish Sammy it was decent. But the 5 stars is because the manager and staff are extremely friendly and efficient and accommodating. Very clean inside. Love the look. Will definitely be back.

Omw home from a trip to Florence late night no mac n cheese so I settled on green beans they were burnt chicken was overcooked I was starving so I ate half of it and threw away the rest. Hopefully they are better during the day.

So I have a family of 6. 3 boys 3 girls. The boys like bojangles while the girls like kfc. My youngest daughter and I eat out every Monday because she has swim lessons. This has become a tradition, a daddy daughter thing. Today she chose bojangles, I was like yeah I finally brought her ro my side. Let me tell you, the chicken strips today were unedible. Look at the pictures they were so dry! Looks like they have been sitting all day. So dry it was down right nasty. I think they have now brought me to the kfc side. Very dissapointed!!!
