Best Bojangles I have been to in the area. Customer service top notch. Staff all was friendly and attentive. Food taste great. Idk what the manager is doing there but he needs to be hired to go trained the other stores in the area.

Such a positive experience when I went last Friday. I ordered 3 chicken supremes one with a Coke Zero and the other two teas. The person at the drive thru handed me the drinks and told me he marked what was what on the top. Nobody does that anymore. Every other time we’ve been it’s been amazing, fast and great service and food is great.

From the young lady with a beautiful smile, who took my order to the manager who brought out my family’s food. You guys went the extra mile and I appreciate that. The customer service was exceptional. The food was great as well.

NEVER and when I say never NEVER come to this bojangles. The service is absolutely terrible other than the young boy at the front. The girls are extremely rude. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with fries. Not only was my biscuit greasy as hell, I got maybe half a peice of bacon broken up on my biscuit, it was not even together and this is what I received. When I spoke with the manager about it he states “I’m trying to find the issue” this is a HORRIBLE location and I love my bacon egg and cheese biscuits and this ruined my morning.

Usually good service here until this morning. Place was busy and employees moving as slow as possible. Walked out after watching young pregnant girl touching food and taking phone out to talk on it. Young guy taking orders looked to be falling asleep at register. Took one order inside the restaurant every 10 mins or so.

Food was average for Bojangles. Service was shit. Went through the drive thru ordered 5 sandwiches. Was asked to pull forward. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for them to finally bring out the food. But it wasn’t right. We were missing a sandwich. So my husband goes inside, where he is basically ignored for 10 to 15 mins. After several attempts, he decided to go back through the drive thru since that was the only way to get the employees to pay attention. Finally after getting to the window and telling them we were missing food. They then said oh well it’s gonna be a wait because we’re out of biscuits. Ended up just getting a refund because come on. Over an hr for 5 sandwiches/ biscuits is completely ridiculous.

I Love Bojangles food and always eat it whenever I am around one. This location on Sutton Rd is the absolute best. Food was very fresh, seasoning was perfect and workers kind and friendly. Will be stopping through next time I am in town!

Absolutely rude rude rude rude drive-thru employee November 12th 2025 at 10:30 in the morning Wednesday. I said good morning how are you I’m great close the window on me. Open the window handed me my food I said thank you she closed the window on me. Terrible customer service. Bottom of the barrel. All locations in Rock Hill are friendly warm and inviting. Sutton road location needs Swift customer service training.
