I attempted to complete the survey but received a message indicating one has been completed for my household for the month which is incorrect so I thought to leave a Google review of my experience this morning. My biscuit appeared thrown together and a piece was missing. The fries tasted as though they had been dipped in grease twice and the coffee was burnt, old tasting. I’d hoped for a better experience.

I just LOVE getting all the way home, after waiting in line for 30 minutes only to discover you don’t know the difference between a country ham biscuit and a GREASY pork chop biscuit! YUK!!!! I think I will actually drive back up there and throw this dam biscuit against your window!!! Check your order people! And my receipt was correct!

Absolutely horrible service at this location this evening.
So at approximately 6:30pm, I ordered on the mobile app, and requested curbside (because I was alone with a crying baby in the car and didn’t want to use the drive through either for that reason) And wow, I’ve got a lot of nerve for that apparently! Using a service that the app offers? Make sure not to do that, because Zimmer (name tag that said MANAGER) will answer the phone and disrespectfully tell you to come inside “because they’re too busy inside.” Well, there was one person in line in the drive through, and one person in line inside when I got there. When I walked inside, I could see a couple employees standing around talking back there. So… what do you mean you’re too busy?? But anyway. I ordered BO ROUNDS, and recieved fries. COLD fries, with NO seasoning. Not even salt! Disgusting. I was perfectly okay with having to wait 10+ minutes for some BO rounds to cook if I needed to, but clearly the workers had absolutely no intention of making the extra effort to give me what I ordered. Why are BO rounds on the menu if they arent available? Were you out and just didn’t tell me? Either way, it’s pathetic. I am a very understanding person. If you weren’t able to do the BO rounds for some reason, all you had to do was tell me. But nothing was said to me, so I’m left to assume that I didn’t get what I wanted out of pure laziness. Do you think me or any of my family ate those disgusting cardboard fries? No. And I Bo sized all 3 of them. What a waste of food and money. Also, I paid for an extra sauce, which of course, I did NOT get either. (Why would I expect any less at this point?)
I was going to let Zimmer’s nasty attitude with me slide. Until I got home and found that most of my order was wrong and cold ON TOP of it. $40 dollars down the freakin drain.

I got there at 6:30 p.m. and the automated person took my order. I got to the window and handed my card to a young teenage aftrican American male. He asked how I was I said good and he said it was a wonderful night. He took my payment and handed me my card back. Closed the window and proceeded to chat with 2 young teenage African American girls, one had long braids with a wrap around the top of her head. They proceeded to chat at the window, with the 2 girls facing me and the guys back to me. I waited, waited some more. The guy came to the window opened it and peaked his head out, looked around and closed it. It was odd. I sat in line for 15 min, no one in line , no one inside. They proceeded to chat and I was waiving my hands and girls looking at me, they just started laughing and ignored me. I then layed on my horn, the guy came to the window and said oh, a few more minutes on your order. I said I’ve been waiting 10-15 minutes no one said I was waiting on anything. I said may I have mt drink, he said “Oh we are out of cheerwine, I said Pepsi? He said “No we are out of that too” I demanded to speak to a manager he slammed the window and they continued to laugh. A lady came to the register typed a bunch of stuff and opened the window, handed me a voided receipt and slammed the window. What in the world was happening. Cashier Tiffany and manager on duty Zim. I haven’t had this type of Restaurant experience at a fast food chain in my life. Dismissive, rude, unprofessional by the manger all employees. I usually have compassion for people but they all need to be fired.

I went here today for lunch and tbh I try this location often bc it is close to work. I did a mobile order. When I got there I was told they had no biscuits for another 7 minutes. Wasn’t even shocked because they always seem to be out of biscuits I was hungry so I let it go. When I finally got my order and got to the car I noticed the fry I paid extra to bo size was half empty. And that’s no exaggeration the bottom of the box was still flat. Again ignored but my bbq was missing so I had to run back in. When I got to the front I said I was missing my sauce and she decided to get snappy like well we usually charge 42 cents and I told her I had supremes. I could tell from her condescending “yea, have a good day” she assumed I was lying. My issue today wasn’t even the missing food it was the attitude for no reason. It literally ruined my lunch.

Wanted to try the new wings. The taste is good. The ranch dressing was good but the wings were so small I only got two bites of meat per wing. so for six dollars I got six bites of meat and a cup of ranch that’s not OK.

Ordered delivery through the Bojangles app and my drink was missing.
When I called the store, the staff immediately blamed a “third-party delivery,” refused to refund, and told me to come to the store to pick up a drink. They did not ask how I ordered and spoke in a very dismissive and rude tone throughout the call.
Disappointing customer service and poor handling of a simple issue.

What’s happening at this location? Always something: sweet tea gallon instead of requested unsweetened tea; wrong orders, no sauces, and today after a half an hour wait we got our Family Box and they had pretty much emptied a full seasoning bottle in our fries: absolutely uneatable.

It was the last 10 minutes before they closed this evening is when we went. Where other places had shutdown they happened to still be opened. The young man that was the cashier gave us great service with a smile. I appreciated the service and would definitely recommend and go back. Plenty of places have a hard time finding people that make you feel good about spending your money in there establishment but, this young guy even at the very end made my evening. Oh and the food was still tasty even at the end lol.
