I just stopped here on my way to work today. It’s new by my house and I’ve never been in this one. I ordered a chicken rice bowl and it was awesome! I’m eating it now on my break at work. The service was fast and super friendly!! I will definitely be stopping for my lunch in the future. Outstanding service in friendliness!!!

I always enjoy Bojangles when I’m back East. This store is no exception.

Bojangles biscuits can be eaten like pastries with nothing else. They are amazing.

There seems to be some confusion at this store about their menu. I was charged one price for a half-dozen biscuits one day, and then two dollars more the next day. They also had a special listed on their website for 2 steak biscuits for $5. I also heard the same offer on the radio. But when I tried to order that, they said it wasn’t on special.

Pricing and menu items aside, the staff was friendly and the food was good.

I usually do not rate many fast food restaurants, but I’ll make an exception this evening. I purchased a 5 piece chicken strip meal, and it met expectations. The only way one could screw up chicken strips would be to hold them too long and dry them out. These were moist and tender, just theway that they should be. The frys we good and the biscuit was rather good as well. The sweet tea was not overly sugary as one would expect at a fast food joint. The ONLY reason that I did not score this experience as a 5 star is that it is a fast food joint. That said, I’d have absolutely zero reservations about dining here again. Absolutely love their chicken!

Stopped at Bojangles near Donaldson Center. I go to the one in Piedmont. I’ve never been charged for condiments at the Piedmont store, but at this location they charge for that. I wasn’t upset when they raised the price a while back because I understand the cost of living has gone up. It cost to run a business these days. But if you told people ahead of the sale that you’re going to charge them for the condiments as well, I’m pretty sure most would walk out the door. Just a fine example of nickel and dime the customer to death. If you come in and get chicken tenders and ask for BBQ sauce, BE AWARE!!! 27 cents a piece. It’s not the price. It’s the principal.

Went through drive thru and ordered my kids both a kids chicken supreme. Got home to realize they did not put any chicken in either box. Go back to drive thru and the worker (girl in red shirt) tells me I am lying and they would never send a box out with no chicken. Kept saying it and talking back very disrespectful. I asked for manager. Manager came to window and finally told them to remake it. Hopefully the GM of the store reads these and can get her properly trained. So maybe she doesn’t do this to someone else in the future.

You have 5 people working the morning shift but not a single one can take orders at the drive through. 4 times has my order been messed up two weeks in a row because of your dumb ai taking orders.

Used app for curbside pickup. Clicked In here. SET MY PHONE TIMER! After 30 min I walked in. My order was sitting on counter. 4 employees on their phones with no customers in restaurant. They said they didn’t know anything about the app and I just need to Google their phone number and call and let them know I’m here. Food was cold, biscuit hard as a rock and clearly wasn’t fresh to begin with. I was treated as an inconvenience. No apology, no anything. I’LL NEVER GO BACK!

Rude and I mean rude employees! Pull up to the drive through and they basically scream at you and speak to you like an idiot. It’s not hard to understand I can’t have a bun on a sandwich. Leave it off, not complicated. No one in line or inside but she yells you need to pull up after I pay. I work in a restaurant it’s not that hard to at least be polite.
