Our cashier Vanessa received us with respect and a smile, had good energy, we had our order fast and hot, and when we noticed some cheese missing from our meal, she went to fix it in no time. She even checked on us right after and during our meal and was extremely polite. Food was great, service was even better, and the homey atmosphere made the entire experience enjoyable. Will definitely come back and absolutely recommend as a great place to go for all your Bojangles needs!

Updated 1MAR26 Sent a family member out to grab food through the drive thru. 25+ mins later he finally got the food after waiting… it’s lunch time. What are y’all doing?

I believe this place deserves more recognition simply because of the friendliness of the staff. Have I been without sauces 3/5 times? Maybe. Has the order been wrong 2/5 times? Meh. The staff is always nice to me and that’s all that matters at the end of the day.

The best bojangles ive ever been to. The GM who worked Mon Nov 10th 2025 kept the store extremely clean, chicken fresh, fries amazing and properly seasoned. She was extremely friendly and nice and accommodating. She even was able to charge my puppers up with some chicken while im traveling the countryside with them. Definitely worth the stop, and had a little extra space for my camper and I to pull in. They let me walk up to the drive through as well since I couldnt.

I wasn’t going to give a star but to post I had too! Horrible the steak wasn’t done looked like it was microwaved it wasn’t crispy it was soggy they left us sitting at the door for awhile long enough for my son to go get my combo because they forgot about us, am in a wheelchair so I couldn’t go in to get my own order.

20 minutes for some fresh chicken It still received old chicken ask for mashed potatoes and receive 2 cups of dirty rice no mashed potatoes like i asked for The whole time the female staff was laughing, Kiki ha ha, and playing Almost all of them had a phone in the hand having a great old time.

This is the second time I’ve been and both times are through the drive through. I hate the automated machine taking my order but maybe they are having trouble hiring someone to do the job. The first time I ordered was at 6:45pm. and it was an 8piece family meal and the cashier told me to pull into the first online ordering spot and they would bring it out. No word about how long or if they were frying fresh chicken for me. 30 minutes!!! But I figured maybe it was fried fresh but didn’t seem like it when I got home. Second time was 8am. 2 Cajun chicken biscuit combos and a sausage biscuit combo. Again I was asked to pull into that spot and it would be brought out. 20 minutes! No apologies about the wait.

Did drive thru and the robot got our order correct. Then we get up to the window and they ask us to pull up. We sat there for a while and several people got their orders and left. My husband goes inside and the guy at the counter brings him our order. Then it’s not even correct….

I came to the restaurant around 2:21 PM. Plenty of employees but no Chicken.. When I pay for the 12 piece family meal and added on additional macaroni and cheese, they did not tell me that there would be a 28 minute wait. About 10 minutes into my order I heard the cashier. Jamiah said I need six legs and six thighs, because I requested only dark meat… I was fine with that I said, how long do you see the way to be? The manager said another 10 minutes no problem waited additional 20 minutes asked how much longer no one was sure another manager approached me and said what I’ll be willing to take chicken breast instead of thighs and legs I had said no because I already waited and almost 30 minutes, and nobody eats the white wheat in my household. finally they tell me my box is ready I get home. I’m missing my six biscuits. I have no biscuits. I’m missing a piece of chicken. They gave me 11 pieces instead of 12. I understand the new chain. I’m not trying to complain but the managers knew that I had been waiting 38 minutes didn’t even take the time to make sure I had my biscuits or 12 pieces of chicken, very frustrated

Today I waited 45 mins to get my order because they were backed up. However the customer service was amazing. The young guy Chris was very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience. I gave it a 5 start because of his customer service skills. Thanks for making sure our food was hot and correct Chris.

Sitting here in curbside 1 pickup. Full line of cars has left and we have yet to get our food, we were first ones here. . Only ordered 2 3 piece meals .
