What a disappointment, this food had to be the worst chicken I’ve ever had from Bojangles. Spynx had better chicken, It looked like it had been sitting since lunch, the chicken supreme’s were dried up and cold and so were the fries and biscuits. I know damn well they would not serve that mess to their own family, but I had to serve it to mine?? and the fact that they charge ridiculous prices for it Is even more irritating! Do not eat here, you would be better off to go to Dodges chicken down the road. The only thing good about this place was the customer service, they were smiling as they handed me that nasty chicken!

Food never comes out right. Drinks coming out the window 3/4 full and the rudest employees I’ve even had the displeasure of speaking with. I work in customer service and cannot believe the people working there are still employed with the way they act toward every customer.

This is the worst customer service I’ve seen in quite a while. Never answered the intercom, so I pulled to the window. Once at the window, server refused to take my order. Circled the buildin, called or five times before active responded to wait. When the server finally acknowledged me, they were our if both items I attempted to order. None minutes is my time and I left with nothing. When I pointed out to the lady taking my order that she could have told me they were out of several items at the tube she refused to take my order instead of just telling me to circle the building. At that point she began to argue with me loudly and since I didn’t feel like being disrespected further, I drive away. I want my money back got the time and gas I waited

The service at this location is sub-par at best… No concern for the customer at all… The only sides they had were pintos and green beans until we were getting ready to leave and magically a pot of dirty rice came out of the kitchen… We asked if we could trade the pintos in for dirty rice and got dirty looks from everyone there… But they did it because they couldn’t say anything… Won’t be coming back here!!

Everyone always talks about how bad this Bojangles is. They’ve definitely messed up my food a handful of times. But kind of just over it. I actually decided to come in the lobby this morning and get breakfast.. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes while two employee stood behind the window, having a full conversation.. Periodically making eye contact. Knowing I see them and they see me… The second employee walked away and started doing another task. The first employee stayed in continued making biscuits. Nobody ever came to check on me. So I left after 10 minutes of not being served

I wasn’t on the inside, ordered 1 Bo-chicken sandwich with a small fry, 2 additional grill chicken sandwich only, $28.06, on 11/15/2025 at the store in Ravenel SC, got home no receipts, the Bo chicken sandwich was a dry out pc of chicken looked as though it sat there most of the day, my daughter couldn’t even eat it, if I didn’t live 20 minutes away and already had a trying day I would have bought it back, I have ordered there before with the same ordered of food and the sandwiches were very good, but don’t know what happen at 4pm, stop buying the chicken because the condition is always hard, half cooked. don’t think I will be returning there

I go to this bojangles all the time. As it is the closest bojangles near me if I dont wanna drive and hour. The food is usually subpar . I grew up on bojangles. This is the only bojangles that I have disliked in 33 years . The employees are very disrespectful, they huff and puff for just a simple question if you can get some tea from in back because tea is empty in lobby. There almost always stepping outside to smoke a cigarette and get super mad if they see you come in to there counter “like great I have to get back to my job” I get it work sucks but doesn’t mean that you have to get nasty with me when I place my order . No matter what im always kind and polite to them . Also today I went there and I get to drive thru window after I ordered at speaker she was already super rude. Due to her begin rude I forgot that I needed a sandwich to be plain so I asked her if they could do that for me . The lady decided to huff and puff and say God and then storm off to the back . This bojangles needs new management as well as new employees. They all have attitudes and are all nasty to the customers.
Only good comment I can give is the tea taste great and the lobby stays clean. Besides that there are no more pros to this place. If it wasn’t the only bojangles within a hour I would stop going.

Venue is dirty, restrooms were unbearable, the food was good but, I have to wonder where they got chickens so small. As an aside noticed they had no pigeons in the area. Try someplace else.
