I went thru the drive thru to pick up my order since they lock the lobby door I’m guessing at 10 p.m. and order 2 different meals online and one of my meals came with a dipping sauce and ordered another dipping sauce. So I got to the window they hand me the food and I asked about the dipping sauce because one was in the bag and I asked if I could get 2 more the one that I paid for and one more.the manager told me I had to drive back around and place an order for 2 cups of honey mustard.. needles to say I didn’t do it and won’t be back there

I let the drive thru lady know that my last order of Chicken wasn’t completely cooked she laughed and said their chicken is always cooked as if I didn’t bite into the chicken. And another work come to the window and lets me know they can’t guarantee that my chicken will be cooked completely. I was so shocked at the honesty and quickly asked for my money back. Never again

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes almost before anyone came over to take my order. We ordered 2 scrambled eggs and a sausage patty and barely got 1 egg in the box. Ordered 2 ham biscuits with double ham and was charged $2 extra for each biscuit and only got 1 slice on each biscuit. It was also a sorry excuse for a biscuit. I should have checked everything before I left. Definitely not the quality I’ve had here in the past. If they keep this up, they will be as bad as Hardee’s just up the road.

Ordered a few family sized items, they were nasty, and containers were missing 30 % of each item. Even the chicken supreme strips were overcooked, small hard pieces. Terrible customer service.

Stopped an ordered breakfast (2 bo berry biscuits)…. the biscuits was so hard you couldn’t even break them with a fork. Won’t be back cause it’s like this everytime! Sorry

Used to be good. Now everybody seems to have bad attitudes and are slow. They made the food wrong and was told to pull up because it needed to be remade and made us sit there for another 10-15 minutes waiting on 2 bo berry biscuits and was still wrong! Should get rid of the automatic order thing if it can’t pick up what you tell it!

I love dirty rice but usually don’t like to get it from bojangles because it’s usually a hit or miss. But this one was really good! Cooked perfectly! And the chicken was fresh out the oil . And the young lady at the window was nice
