I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, got to the store, parked and clicked “I’m here”. After several minutes it popped up and said to call the store, so I did. Multiple times. Every time I called, it rang several times and then hung up on me. I’ve waited for more than 30 minutes on my order now. All the whole, drive thru is steady moving, even people being pulled up and their orders brought out to them. This is ridiculous and now I’m late for work. I had to pull out and block the drive thru line and flag down a “manager” that was outside on her phone. She went in and grabbed my bag and said “sorry”. Don’t waste your time. Just go somewhere else.
