We went through the drive thru at the new one in town. Ordered a family meal and two steak biscuits. Our wait for the food was about 15 minutes. The food was good and friendly customer service. Entrance/exit was for several businesses and was confused initially. No pictures taken..

*ACTUALLY I GIVE THEM NO STARS**
My boyfriend went to get food for a group of people working on his home. He was told 10 mins. He ended up waiting 58 mins for his order. Not ONE TIME did anyone come out to discuss, explain or apologize for the delay. When the food finally came, he asked for some type of compensation for the wait. He was told sorry there isn’t anything I can do. The man then offered him a refund, but took the chicken back. My boyfriend explained he has to feed the crew and needed the chicken but he should only have to pay half due to the wait and lack of communication and customer service. He was told sorry again, and he couldn’t do anything because that’s stealing. When he got back he realized his order was incorrect. He had to go BACK to the store and AGAIN, was only offered a “sorry”. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Solely for the amazing service given by Khalil (light skinned with an afro)! He was super attentive to our needs and had the best attitude dealing with all of our orders. I hope he’s the manager!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Saturday night after 10pm, I ordered at the drive-thru and the automated system told us that there was only tenders and sandwiches. I get to the window and they don’t have sandwiches and no sweet tea. It was going to take 4 minutes for tenders. I pulled up.and still waited another 15 minutes. They need to get better.

The chicken breast I had tasted tainted. The chicken was tough in the center because it was under cook. Fries was over seasoned and biscuit was flat. Please hire managers and workers that care about the quality of Bojangles food.

The people were very friendly and my chicken sandwich was delicious, but that’s the best of it… They were very slow and there were no other customers, the rest of the food was undercooked and cold (which didn’t make sense for how long it took to get the food). Also, the toilet in one bathroom was leaking very badly and spraying scalding hot water everywhere.

My brother loves Bojangles. He was craving a late night snack after returning from visiting family in Orangeburg. He saw Bojangles, and the rest is history. By time we reached our hotel, Spark by Hilton, all his food was gone. Lol
