Took forever to get food at Drive thru. When arrived to pick up food most of them were on there phones or standing around. Got my bo rounds Bo sized and only had 4 in them. Cajun chicken sandwich tasted like it was reheated. Daughter sausage biscuit was hard. Last paid for a Bo sized sweet tea and got a Bo sized unsweetened tea.

Don’t know what has happened to this store in the past couple of months. The chicken strips taste like rubber. The biscuits are hard and cold and the fries taste like the grease needs changing. The only positive thing I can say is the young lady at the drive through window was pleasant.

Shout out to Joe and his team for a wonderful experience today. We asked for a specific request we knew they might not be able to accommodate, and Joe told us to pull over and park and he’d take care of it. And he did! I could look pass leaving out a piece of chicken. Even look pass the gossiping that seemed more important than handling the line or drive thru. But to undercook the chicken so badly can’t look pass. Use to be better than this but I don’t know what happened.

Never received food. Tried to order the fried bologna biscuit. The robot speaker couldn’t get my order right. Told me they don’t have fried bologna. Pull to the window and the cashier said yes they do, but I would have to get back in line to order food. Terrible experience

First of all it took us 10 mins at least to order food because they had robots taking our order. We all order the same thing and it was all different. I got zero fries, my wife got 5, and my son got a full severing. We got no plastic ware. The workers were not friendly in the slightest, they seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all.

Well Bojangles in Winnsboro is still holding the title for best, no hassle, no mistakes fast food restaurant in town and I hope it stays this way because sonic and McDonald’s and KFC sure ain’t worth the hassle and are officially off the lunch break options for me and my husband forever… At least in Winnsboro anyway

First trip to Bojangles. Nothing was bad and nothing was great. I generally like my dipping sauces on the sweeter side and I noticed their sauces were not as sweet as Chick-fil-A sauces. The manager and staff were nice folks.

I love Bojangles bone-in chicken: Big fan, but I’ll skip this place next time. The chicken flavor was very bland, the batter tasted like it had only eggs, flour, and salt….Spices may be forbidden in this place
