I’ll be honest — the AI ordering experience was… undesirable. I get that everyone’s “getting with the times” lol, but it just didn’t feel smooth or personal.
That said, the food absolutely makes up for it. This location cooks their biscuits perfectly every single time. They’re golden and buttery on the outside with that slight crisp crust, and then soft and deliciously moist on the inside. Exactly how a biscuit should be.
If they can fine-tune the ordering experience, this place would be a 10/10. The kitchen is definitely doing its part.

Can’t never get orders right. The AI ordering doesn’t work and the clowns that prepare the order can’t get it right either. I get it’s fast food so the bar is already low but this is a whole new level of low. They never have food prepared as you always have to park to wait. I even had to wait for a sauage biscuit meal. Just terrible service all around.

Went for breakfast. They forgot to put the cheese on my breakfast sandwich. That’s why I gave 4 stars. That was a bummer and the drive thru line was too long to get back in it. With that being said, the food was still so good and fresh. Nothing was dry. And the employees were very nice. If they didn’t forget the cheese, it’d be an easy 5 stars.

I ordered the 2 piece combo with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I get to the window and pay. I hear the man on the line say they are out of mac and cheese, the man at the window says I need to wait for ch8cken and parks me in number 2. 5 minutes later a boy comes and let’s me know that it will be 5 or 10 more minutes for mac and cheese. I am frustrated at this point and say give me whatever side, I dont care. He goes back in. While I sit there I realize that I did not receive my drink. At least 5 more minutes later, after I have tried to go inside (I didnt realize that isnt an option here) the kid comes out woth a box. I let him know I didnt receive the drink for my combo and that ive waited ridiculously long for everything else. That I no longer want the food and want a refund. He said the manager Jason says that no one can get a refund. I said I didnt have time to wait 5 more minutes for him to go get my drink and I left. So for $14 I received my two pieces of chicken, my mashed potatoes. I did NOT receive my drink, my mac and cheese OR THE DIPPING SAUCE I was charged for. Nor did I receive the option to decline the food and have my money returned. This location is obviously poorly ran.

I hadn’t had Bojangles for years after a bad experience yet this location won me over . The staff was on point, our sausage biscuits and bo-berry biscuits were AMAZING AND FRESH. Thank you the

Went through the drive-thru yesterday @ 5:30pm the girl who took the order was nice but had to repeat the order 3 times because the back ground noise inside was so loud from her co workers laughing ad horse playing. Ordered a 12 piece family meal for myself wife and 10 year old son who is severely autistic and is a picky eater but he loves Bojangles chicken and seasoned fries but when we opened it at home the chicken was way over cooked and the size of the chicken was the smallest I have ever seen at a bojangles. The fries were way over cooked as well and no seasoning. This location is the worst I’ve seen and has got to be way under bojangles standards because Airport rd is always great as well as Weaverville. I have photos will try to post.

I stop daily at 5:30 am since store opened…the last couple of weeks have been horrible…the mama and I presume son that you have opening the store have only been open 2 days out of the last week and a half..the son is the one in front..he has no clue what he is doing…no gloves, PANTS DOWN TO HIS KNESS, tears buscuit apart with his hands..throws away every other one because he destroys it try to open with fingers . have yet have any butter on butter buscuit…be just wraps those as plain biscuits.

Your AI bot doesn’t work. It has never gotten my order right once. I hate it. Just put a human on the speaker, they understand when I have questions. Three times I’ve asked for something and it has gotten my order entirely wrong. I’m not coming back. This has nothing to do with the actual human workers in the building, they’re great. They understand context, and are living human beings who need to pay rent.
