We stopped in yesterday on our way home from a Saturday get away! We came in around noon, lunch hour. The food was so fresh, and the sanitation score of 100% was no lie. I feel as though I haven’t had a biscuit that fresh since 2015. The Bojangles in our home town and area all give out crunchy biscuits, old oil tenders and fries…. Even the fries at this location were sooo fresh! My husband and I wish we could come back. Thank you for your hospitality, delicious nostalgic Bojangles food, and a lovely overall experience!!!

Walked in today, no one in line. As I came in, only one car was at the drive through. I walked to the register, stood for several minutes. The lady behind the counter, after giving a customer a refill on coffee, began working on what I assume was the drive through order. It could have been a customer already seated in the dining area, but no one was standing waiting on an order. After a few minutes of no one even acknowledging my presence, I decided to leave. I will not be visiting this location again.

Well when u spend $21 for breakfast I reckon you should expect everything to be great but sadly it was not! But the part that gets me is i asked the lady at the window to repeat my order to me to make sure they got it right and she repeated it back perfect! But I ordered a chicken biscuit and got sausage biscuit instead our bo rounds tasted old I ordered a sweet tea and it was unsweet and to top that off didnt give us straws so I didnt even find out all this mess till I got home! It was just a little before 8am on monday morning and I can understand if your busy or short staffed but they seemed like they had enough people so dont understand why such poor service i even seen the shift leader walking around in there so she definitely should be making sure everything is correct! I was gonna go back down there but of course they didnt even give me my receipt so I just decided to do this review and warn others because they really had no excuse for such bad customer service just dont think they cared honestly! I definitely will not be going back thats for sure!

Usually have a nice meal here. Today this was found. I’m not sure what it is exactly. But it was hanging out of my biscuit. Receipt is shown to show time and date. It may be plastic not sure. Needless to say I did not enjoy my lunch. And to boot, I waited about 10 mins for this. I hope they address this issue. Because at this moment I will not return.

Very long waiting time. You can hear staff goofing off when others are saying that the food is ready and to hand out orders, no one comes to the window or pays you any mind. I ordered seasoned fries and they came out with no seasoning on them at all. I understand the stresses of work and I typically don’t complain since I have worked food service, but someone needs to tell the employees at this location to get their act together. The food isn’t my main concern, my main concern is that no one in the store takes their job seriously.

Staff is so nice here. They’re eager to please & help. This is only our 2nd time here so we’re unfamiliar with the menu & Everett was so patient. He told us what different specials were & introduced us to Bo’s spice which of course we bought because we love the fries.

9/3/25 @ 5:30pm. The man at the register (kinda short, dark hair & beard, wearing black) I assume was a manager started to take our order. He asked what side I wanted and I replied fries if they’re hot. He says do you want fries very sarcastically and I again said if they’re hot.
My fries were like rubber, they did not have tea or butter at the counter, and the chicken was barely warm. We love Bo’s but this was just rude behavior.
Check #10111 @station 1. Doubt we’ll return to this location. It’s so sad!

I’ve only been here a few times. The first was when they first opened, and the second was more recently. They had a sign advertising “two for five bird dogs.” I had no idea what bird dogs were, but it piqued my curiosity, so I decided to give them a try.
I placed my order, and the employee asked me to pull into spot two and wait. I’m not exaggerating when I say I waited there for over 25 minutes. Clearly, they must have been short-staffed because there were two other cars waiting ahead of me.
The issue I have is that the employee didn’t inform me before I paid that they were understaffed and that there would be a long wait. As for the bird dogs themselves, they definitely weren’t worth it. They were just two small hot dog buns, each with a single chicken finger, some kind of special sauce, and a few pickle slices.
To make matters worse, I didn’t have any A/C in my car (not their fault), during the hottest week of the summer, which made the wait even more miserable.
I probably won’t go back. Honestly, I never thought Bojangles was that great to begin with, so no love lost there.

I wasn’t greeted at the window, my fries were cold, stale, and hard, my Cajun club sandwich was horrible. The chicken was cold and mostly batter, the cheese was refrigerator cold because nothing around it was even slightly warm, and the bacon was almost burnt. I ordered light ice with my drink and there was ice within 3 inches of the top of my cup, and I ordered a large! I got more ice than I did drink. The person at the window didn’t say anything to me the entire time other than the price and the amount of change. This type of crap has happened repeatedly at this location and I won’t be going back. Unfortunately, most locations are like this today. It’s sad to see this happen to what used to be my favorite fast food place to eat, especially with the prices we’re having to pay now. To beat it all, i had to wait close to 5 min at the window for this less than mediocre food.

Be careful using the app for a curb side pickup. Unfortunately, I sat here for fifteen minutes, waiting for my order had to walk inside to get it and they stated they don’t do curbside pickup that customers have to come inside to get their food, even though i’m sitting in a curbside pickup number three parking spot and I even had to describe my car. Advertising is a fail for curbside pick up
