Bojangles in Sylva NC is a great place to stop for breaks between college classes. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff are friendly and quick with orders. I usually get the number 10 5 piece meal large sized with a pink lemonade with no ice and it always hits the spot.
The chicken is crispy and full of flavor the biscuits are warm and soft and the fries are always seasoned just right. The place is clean and has a nice relaxed feel so it is a good spot to sit for a bit before heading back to class.
Overall Bojangles in Sylva NC is a solid stop during the day with good food good service and a welcoming atmosphere.

To Whom It May Concern,
I recently had a very frustrating experience at your Bojangles location. I ordered a sweet Cream Iced Coffee with my meal and was asked to pull forward after being handed the drink. When I tried it, it was extremely bitter and not sweet at all — nothing like what I ordered.
I went back inside and politely asked if I could get a side of syrup or if there was anything they could do to fix it. Instead of offering a simple solution, I was told they “couldn’t do anything about it,” and the interaction felt dismissive and rude.
Since I did not want to waste a drink I didn’t enjoy, I returned with the coffee to request a refund. I was then told they could not issue a refund because there was no manager of high enough status available. No solution was offered, and no effort was made to make the situation right.
This was a very small and easily solvable issue. Refusing to offer either a fix or a refund reflects poorly on customer service and basic business standards. I expect better communication and accountability when something is made incorrectly.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed.

Came through at lunch time around 1pm. Ordered a Cajun filet biscuit which was soggy and falling apart and the chicken was dry as if it were made at breakfast. The mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered came with no gravy and the potatoes were scraped from the bottom of the pot and served to me as pictured:

This has got to be a “Bill Frizzell location” because I was treated amazing by the staff. Seems like these western north carolina locations hold their employees to a higher standard where i cannot say the same for other fast food establishments not named Bojangles. Seriously, go get some food here and youll see that you will get the same level of kind, southern service and hot food in a quick time frame!!! Woman working the window and gentleman in the kitchen were both very sweet and kind. The Canton NC store also deserves a shout out as they always offer the same love to their customers. 5 stars, only because I cant give 6!

We had a great experience here. Mike, the general manager, took our order, and was very nice. He even asked us if we were WCU students and gave us a 10% discount because we were! It was a pleasant surprise. The food came out quickly, and it was amazing. I also liked the dining room area because it had a lot of booths available. I got the chicken tenders meal with mashed potatoes, and then I got a family sized Mac and Cheese for my boyfriend and I to share and take home later. I would definitely come back again.

This Bojangles is conveniently located in front of the Walmart. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich. It had pickles and mayonnaise on it. The roll was soft and the chicken had a great spicy crust.
The dining room was clean and offered lots of tables to eat at. The lady who waited on me was friendly.

This location’s service is SO INCREDIBLY SLOW and the management is straight up rude. Their dining room and bathroom is in disarray, dirty, and something is always out of stock beverage wise. Their sweet tea tastes burnt too. Food is decent but they forget parts of the order constantly.

The staff was nice but clearly understaffed and doing too many things at once to be effective at any of them. The fries I received were soggy and dripping grease, the chicken sandwich was mostly fat, gristle, and breading. The food I received was the most disgusting food I have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. The manager(who was doing three different positions) was not able to give me a refund as he did not have the clearance in the system, they offered me extra food, but I felt sick after biting into the gross “chicken” and I couldn’t eat lunch.

I ordered a 5 piece combo large paid good money for it just for them to put so much salt on my fries I couldn’t eat then fries where not cooked all the way and the sauce had airpocket and burped when I opened it, its not a hard job I’ve worked it before just do your job right make me wait as long as u need to but when I get my food it should be what I paid for, waste of 16 bucks i could’ve got a good wax infused preroll instead
