They sell old tea and are incredibly rude and dismissive when you attempt to notify them or get a refund. Twice, this location has sold me a half gallon of tea that is outside of the “Use By” time on the label. The first was on 8/22/25. They sold me an old half gallon, then refused to assist when I contacted them by Facebook messenger, comment, and email form on their website. I purchased the tea around 8:00 pm on 8/22. Not as egregious, so I let it slide even though the tea was sour. The second was on 9/10/25. The label states “Made On: Tue 9/9 6:08am. Use By: Wed 9/10 6:08 am”. I purchased this on 9/10/25 at 4:48 pm. My husband went it to get a refund or exchange and was told by the worker “We hand them out in order.” She then walked away from him with no apology, no offer to exchange the item, no offer of a refund. She walked away in the middle of the conversation without saying another word to my husband and started talking to a coworker. Poor food, poor service.

This used to be the best bojangles in world. Today however, I observed an employee talking and as he would talk he would visibly spit out of his mouth. I’m not making fun of him or nothing, I’m sure this is something he may not be able to help. He was taking trash out and I didn’t see him around the food, however I decided to leave because the thought of it happening around the food was so disgusting. Please note, I do believe this was in no way, shape, or form intentional behavior from said employee. However, still enough of a sanitation concern for me that I did not wish to proceed with my order.

Best Bojangles I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, well lit with attentive staff. The drive through was wrapped around the building but moving and we still got our dine in food quickly. Something I’ve not seen before is the dining room hosts karate trophy’s from the community and there is a bible table and there is going to be live music tonight.

This is the first time I’ve been in since they redid everything, it looks great! Too bad they didn’t fix the flooding in the parking area (I mean, since you repaved everything, would an extra drain be out of the question?) but I guess you can’t have everything. Luckily for the chicken, soggy feet does not change the taste of their food… The chicken is awesome as usual and the staff is also friendly as always.

Not all fast food joints are the same, you know what I mean by that. It really depends on the people working there whether or not your order comes out right.
I stop by here regularly for breakfast and I can say my experiences have been consistent, in a good way.
The people working there are always pleasant even under stress (ex. machine breaks down – it takes longer than normal to get your food), which is much appreciated. The food tastes as expected and served like it was just made versus sitting under a warmer for too long.
I give this spot a thumbs up.

The AI ordering system sucks, the mashed potatoes had the wrong gravy, and the tea had barely any sugar in it. Very disappointed with Bojangles as a whole.
