Don’t waste your time. Very slow service, employees won’t even acknowledge you, look at you, or greet you. The restaurant wasn’t busy when I stopped by. Two cars in the drive through. Me and only one other customer waiting inside. The place needs a good cleaning as well.

For a quick breakfast we decided to do drive through and we picked Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Mac & Cheese. We got the order quickly and our order was hot and delicious. We loved both our food items we delivered and it was delicious. We loved our order.

Was there about 30 minutes to get one? Biscuit and one cup of coffee was waiting in line. One woman was working and woman was taking orders and Preparing. Employees staying outside for a very long time while still on the clock not washing their hands while coming in and touching other people smoking other people were smoking. That they were touching. orders 3 black females and 1 male constantly walking outside hugging friend’s neck 1. Was wearing a headphone to take orders from the job though but was not taking orders? Just one woman was taking orders at the cash register and preparing the food and 4 employees standing outside if an employee goes outside or comes outff behind the. Workstation they should clock out sometimes I worry my world is getting smaller because of our side

TERRIBLE … was completely out of all sides and told me what they were out of … I then order a gravy biscuit only to be told I’m sorry we’re out of gravy… I said you can’t make any NO because it would be a waste for one person it makes a whole bag! Wowser this is the kind of service you get in the society we live in for paying people more money and prices of food going sky high!!?!?!?? Terrible

The food was good. My chicken leg and thigh was really small. Like the chicken had been on a diet or killed way too early. They had half of the dining room close. Not sure for what. The staff pretty much walked around like they were lost. Maybe it was just an off day for them. Who knows.

Didn’t get to take mom for a Mother’s Day breakfast like I wanted, stood in line 15 minutes NO SERVICE AT ALL!! got back in car went through the drive thru and bam got us some breakfast within 2 minutes sat in the car and ate what a big disappointment! For all these customers and us.

Went there this am approximately 6:30 this morning. Kids going on a trip. Bought four cajan fillets and two sausage and egg. Kids and driver were headed out of town. When they passed out breakfast, the biscuits were hard as bricks, most parts could not be eaten. The chicken seemed to be reheated from yesterday, fore they had parts that could not be consumed from being so hard. The bo-rounds were good. This is by far not the first time this has occurred from either Morganton location. Though the 181 location is usually better. I understand the challenges with trying to not lose money on food cost; though in the same turn I don’t appreciate wasting my hard earned money either! On a positive note, the lovely staff person was extremely courteous and extremely going.
