I’m so irked that it’s not even funny. I stopped in shortly before 6 and ordered the breast and wing meal….I get home and I have two wings..(plus my sides)…thanks for ruining my experience. Have that nice young man that was running the register and the girl he was cutting up with to stop chit chatting when preparing orders as they were both picking at one another and both were holding the box when she picked the two wings

My family just stopped here for a quick drink, but this was still a rather exceptional Bojangles!
For starters, that might be the best looking fast food bathroom I’ve ever seen!
The service was prompt and we got our drinks rather quickly. There were also various signs and posters around the building that reflected the local atmosphere of the mountains, and they had a little area carved out, for lack of a better word, that was decorated in honor of the local high school graduates!

Really disappointed in the chicken. It was super small and overcooked. The chicken strips were so overcooked they were hard, and so little. The fries were overly salty. The Dirty rice was excellent and so was the tea and biscuits. Kids were satisfied, Adults were not.

I am from North Carolina and I have been to so many Bojangles in my lifetime. I have never felt more patriotic than I did walking into the Bojangles in West Jefferson. The staff is splendid. The atmosphere is unmatched. I feel like I’m in an actual restaurant.. I also have strong feelings towards the American flag at Christmas tree.

It’s a hit or miss here. The staff is mostly great. They did mess up my order by giving me a two piece instead of 3. Sometimes they seem to serve stale biscuits. Had to report that to manager. I like the chicken and the Cole slaw is pretty good. The fries are not edible..at all. Too much salt.

This location is always great. I am definitely a regular and enjoy coming here. Tonight a biscuit was missing from one of my meals and they were so quick to apologize and correct the mistake. The service here is always amazing and I appreciate the workers very much. I think I spoke with an employee by the name of Neil tonight and he was so nice and so quick to correct my meal. Thank you so much for such great customer service!!!

absolutely love bojangles but whoever was working for the drive thru taking orders on 3-23-25 is bitchy. we didn’t know that you only had limited options on sauce so no need to get all pissy with me whenever i asked for a sauce that you didn’t have CAUSE I DIDNT KNOW. so please act like you actually love your job and don’t get all bitchy . thanks

I tell everyone this is the best Bojangles I know of. We visit whenever we’re in the area. It’s well run, with great people and no sauce police. We’ve sadly given up Bojangles anywhere else. They all seem to have one grumpy person who is in charge of making you pay for every sauce, when they should spend more time getting orders correct and cleaning their stores. See you next time we’re in Jefferson!
