The managers are rude and cannot take criticism, treat their employees terribly, and everytime I go through drive through my drinks are overflowing. Not even a single attempt to wipe the cup down. These are from today after I ATTEMPTED to clean them up myself. Then after waiting 10 min for our food they forgot my sweet potato pie. You had 10 min to get that ONE item in my bag.. I’ll drive further from now on for any Bojangles y’all have had too many chances and never get it right!

Stopped in on a road trip. Fast service even though the place was packed inside and drive thru. Ample parking that’s easy to get in and out. Food was hot and delicious. I also had my first Bojangles coffee and was pleasantly surprised how good it is.

A buddy of mine and I went here on 09/24/25 and the service was outstanding. The girl working the counter (a short blonde) was friendly, courteous and definitely didn’t act like she hated her job.
The food was good. It’s Bojangles. You know it’s good already. You’re not here for a food review – you’re here for the atmosphere and staff review.
On a side note. To say that the girl who took our order was beautiful would be doing her a disservice. Her friendly demeanor, speed and efficiency, along with being devastatingly gorgeous ensure the fact that I’ll absolutely be going there more often!!

11/15 @230pm. Restroom and dinning area very clean. Waited for while at the counter with 3 employees behind that didn’t even acknowledge us. One even passed right by us coming back from the restroom. There was no one else in restaurant and 1 car in drive through. Theu didn’t say hello, just a moment. We left and went somewhere that deserved our business.

We got breakfast this morning and our biscuits was in pieces is really that hard to cut a biscuit in half. This happens alot. Couldn’t give eat my biscuit cause it was in 5 pieces. Workers need to do better.

Today Nov 18th @ 2pm, I went in and ordered The tailgate and the manager was trying to give me the cold French fries and I asked her could I get some fresh fries. (And if looks could kill I’ll be dead) she rolled her eyes at me and after testing the fries she slung them back in the ben. And I told her with that attitude just give me my money back.

I walked up to the counter to place my order and was ignored for nearly five minutes. No one in front, everyone was busy with drive thru, they could have at least said “be with you soon”, etc. Finally placed the order, she was nice but frazzled. They gave it to me as a to go, but no matter. No utensils in the bag so grabbed a wet spork, the container was next to ice tea which had been spilled all over. Next was napkins, the single container was empty. Now I understand this was after the lunch rush (2 pm) so I checked the tables and other possible locations, nothing so I got some paper towels from the bathroom. Later the one single napkin holder was refilled, this is a fried chicken place, the chicken is greasy, NAPKINS are needed,lots of NAPKINS.
