Stopped this morning on my way to work for breakfast and had the worst customer service. First I waited for a good 3-4 mins before anyone realized I was there. When the girl finally came to the register I smiled said good morning. Her tone and mood was just so rude. Like I was the biggest inconvenience to her. I also asked her if they had dirty rice this early. With an attitude she replied no it’s breakfast. It wasn’t necessary what she said it was the way she said it. On the receipt it says her name is Latanya. After she took my order I said thank you again with a smile. Just no comment at all. She put my order on the counter didn’t say anything else. I asked her for pepper. She said “it over there” I explained to her that the side counter only had salt. She rolled her eyes. I was grateful for the paper and said I hope you have a great sis thank you so much. She literally didn’t even respond. I get people have bad days but she wasn’t because she was constantly joking with her co workers. As for the food it was not hot. I paid for extra cheese didn’t get it. I had the breakfast sandwich for the first time yesterday from a catered event and was thrilled to incorporate this into my weekly routine since I liked the sandwich so much. I may choose another bojangles but I will not go back to this one again.

*Update!* The operation Manager with Bojangles contacted me and made everything right. As a native of North Carolina, Bojangles has always been close to my heart and a preferred place to get my morning biscuit. This gentleman restored my faith in Bojangles with his kindness and professional handling of this situation. The service and food I received at their Richlands location more than made up for the interaction had at the Marine blvd location. Thank you again for making this right!
If I could give 0 stars, I would today. I visited your location at marine boulevard in Jacksonville. North Carolina. I was distracted and didn’t pay at the first window and pulled ahead to the second one. I was 2 car links ahead when the lady at the first window was waving her hand out the window for a whole minute, so I stuck my head out the window and said, I’m sorry that I missed you. I’ll pay it the next window to which she replied not to yell at her. I was too car leaks ahead. I don’t know how else I could have told her when I got to the next window. There was a lady holding her arm up barring 3 other employees from speaking to me. I could hear her saying, no, no, it’s not worth it. Don’t worry, I’ll handle it. I gave them a $20 bill.
But became increasingly uncomfortable with how aggressive they were being at the time The window
So when they open the window again, I said I would just like my money back. A very nice lady in a red shirt came to the window, and I explained to her what had happened.And then I would just like to get my money back and leave.She was very understanding and said that she would get me my money back.So I waited a few more minutes in the line.When a man named dakota, who was the manager, came to the window and said that he would like an explanation as to why I wanted my money back.And I told him, at this point I just wanted my money back.And to leave and go somewhere else, he said the only way I could get my money back is.If I came into the building, so I came into the building where I had one of the worst interactions in my entire life.He was extremely rude and unprofessional.And after a back and forth, he said that he would not return my money back to me until tomorrow.He kept my cash and gave me no food and refused to give me back my $9.02. I recorded the interaction and would very much like to post the video, but it would not allow me to do so. All I wanted was a biscuit this morning and instead I had my money stole from me, from a company that is not allowed to keep cash while rendering No service. Considering how aggressive everyone was in the building.I will never go back to Bojangles on Marine Blvd again. I’d like someone from corporate to contact me so that they can see the videos that I took of the whole interaction.

The first thing i noticed was the atmosphere, the way the lobby is separated from the order line with the pony wall, all the benches, and round tables. You could tell this is the place to go after church for a family meal at a great price.
The service was quick, efficient, and super courteous with customer service with a country twang that’s out of this world.
The good is amazing yesterday. Someone had bought me a chicken sandwich combo with mac and cheese and seasoned fries. Today, I ordered a steak biscuit combo with an iced tea and macaroni cheese for a side with the price of $7.32 with the quality of service and food…. no one can complain.
However, I would like to add that with the seasoning, they put on their fries, which is good…if you’re not a salt lover, I would ask for them to be lightly seasoned it can be overwhelming but non the less good.

Recently I visited this location. I ordered a cinnamon twist, they gave me a cinnamon twist that staff had been eating on. The staff did not offer an apology, instead they asked if I could pull up and wait for a fresh cinnamon twist. I kindly asked for a refund. Please check your food before driving off.

Horrible customer service. All menu items aren’t on the app. Tried calling in the order, put on hold bc they were “so busy”. After 10 minutes I drove over and no one was in line inside and there were on a couple of cars outside. Had to wait 15 minutes for chicken to cook and another 10 to pack up the order. Very poorly managed location. However, the lady at the register was very nice.

First time trying Bojangles and I gotta admit they are so much better then Popeyes and KFC I give them a 20/10 and they green beans are fire and biscuit so soft and tasty and chicken nice and crispy and yummy

The best value for a kid’s meal around! The biscuits are perfectly buttery and flaky, and the chicken has just a touch of Cajun kick. I’m an Idaho girl and very selective about my fries, but their fries are much better than most fast food chains.
