We walked In to a hot restaurant with no staff present. The lady came out of the back. No friendly greeting grabbed menus, I have a special needs child I ask to be sat to the side. She rolled her eyes walked to a booth sat menus in middle and Stormed off Bar tender filled drink order grabbed order. Service was all over the place, My steak was med well ordered the first bite had a huge lining of gristle I got sick and couldn’t swallow. My kids were done husbands Salmon was so fishy tasting. No service manager. I was physically sick left while he paid the check. He wanted to speak with manager. From the beginning the attitude of staff was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable. He boxed it up its rare and a bad cut. We spent a ton of money on Labor Day for this experience.

My friend and I went to eat here last night, got there around 9:00 PM. The restaurant was not packed at all. We both ordered $12 margaritas that were brought to us with literally not the first taste of alcohol in it. Straight juice and mixer. We brought it to our waitresses attention, she went and spoke with the bartender and came back and told us that we could gladly purchase another shot to put in the drink, but they were not willing to fix the drink. Then our food came and that wasn’t much better at all either. I ordered the Cajun grilled chicken and shrimp plate with mashed potatoes, literally had a tablespoon of mashed potatoes on my plate and all 5 shrimp on my plate were burnt literally to a crisp. My friend got pasta and the sausage in her pasta didn’t even look cooked. We literally left there and went to another restaurant to get real drinks and more food after spending over $100 combined at Applebee’s. Absolutely worthless and pointless. I will never ever go back to this location!!!

Food was really good, came out very quickly! Our server Victoria was awesome, very attentive! Our drinks were never empty, and she was very nice which made the overall experience fantastic!

We generally enjoy coming to dine at Applebee’s and have decent service. But today, I gatta say that our server Jade was awesome, considering it was end of day, she was fun, smiling and did an amazing job with helping with our order. The food was good, the service was amazing, he was so kind from the moment he got to the table! That definitely increased the place a thousand times. He was attentive, fast and super friendly, even though it was very late and it was time to close, everyone there seemed fed up, when I got to the door the girls were a little out of course, understandable. They were already tired, that’s why we were very grateful for the service that Alan gave us. You should definitely ask Alan if you want to have a good deal!!

Waitress was attentive and food arrived hot. Just the things that are great and then you see the check. You’re going to charge me for extra ranch for my salad?? Something as simple as that and I will not be back. If you need to charge for that at least tell me . Don’t just have it show up on my bill. I did not notice until I’d already done the review at the table. Super annoyed!!

Don’t come here on Saturday between the hours of 6pm and 8pm… no hostess at the door more than 10 people not including my party of 6 just standing around at the door waiting. All employees act as if they don’t see all the people waiting. Unacceptable! At least acknowledge your customers and let them know what’s going on. Finally got seated after 45 mins of waiting. Beth our server was a sweetheart.

My latest visit was perhaps my best Applebee’s visit ever. Our server was incredibly nice and went out of her way to show her appreciation for our business. The food was great as well. We had chicken strips and boneless wings.
