Two people ahead of me, 20+ minutes wait. To be fair, offered me different food than what I ordered, but seriously, off normal dinner time, with 5-6 individuals in the work area, how hard is it to actually meet their own “standards”?

I ordered the three piece dinner with double fries and an extra fry for my girls. The fries were terrible. They look like they had been there all day sitting and even fried like three times. They were brown, hard and cold. I went there at 6:33 pm so there is no reason for them to be like this it’s dinner time. I started to take them back to the Bojangles but I had worked 12 hours and I did not feel like going back up there. This is so frustrating. I am so disappointed. I really don’t think I will be back to this Bojangles. It seems like it’s always something with their food.

Amazing fried chicken! The heat they add to the chicken is just right. The biscuits is also really good. We ordered two family meals (20 pc. Chicken) and didn’t wait long even with a line going through the drive-thru. An amazing first time experience visiting the coast.

my first issue was ordering, their a.i ordering system got half my order wrong then when i pull up to the window a lady was HALF NACKED in the kitchen and they guy she was talking to was smoking a vape in the back giving me nasty looks, when i finally got my food and paid and left the fries were undercooked and still partially frozen! i will not be returning to this location

Good luck with the drive through. 3 out of 4 times you come here you have to pull over in the curbside pick up spot while you wait on food to be made. How is this possible? It’s consistent. On top of that, always out of something. Bojangles is great but location matters a lot. This one unfortunately is one of the subpar ones. Good luck if you’re in any type of hurry.

They don’t serve walk-in customers here. I walked in and the numerous employees milling around behind the counter looked at me like they didn’t know how I got there. I waited for about 5 minutes without a single one of them saying a word to me, though a couple did dare to make momentary eye contact. I gave up and went over to Jersey Mike’s instead. You can get an actual meal there for the same price as Bojangles charges for 3 and a half shriveled “supremes,” a few leathery pieces of potato-like substance, and a cup of watery semi-sweet tea anyways.

The absolute worst. AI drive-thru yet it takes 10 minutes for anyone to help you at the front counter with no customers ahead of you. They won’t call out your order when it’s ready, and the chicken is going to come out raw half the time. Stay away from this location, what a joke.

the lady pictured in the red shirt needs to be fired. she was unreasonably rude to us for zero reason, got mad at me for saying my sandwich incorrectly, and when i ordered sweet tea she didn’t proceed to tell me they were out until after she had charged me and slammed my cup on the counter. they also forgot my Bo berry biscuit so i had to go back . the lady told us that they were just swamped even though there were maybe 2 other customers inside and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. i also just spotted an older
male eating food with his hands over the serving like and then proceeding to scoop rice for customers. absolutely disgusting.
