The smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever seen. The fries were over fried and cold. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and hilariously tiny. Plus that robot rapid ordering voice they use? Never coming here again!

I stopped by while traveling for work and, unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The customer service could have been much better—staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming. Additionally, the food didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing. I was hoping for a quick and satisfying meal during my trip, but this visit didn’t meet expectations.

I mentioned to the manager that it was chilly in the restaurant. She said that she would see what temperature the air conditioning was set on. IT WAS ALREADY COLD OUTSIDE. WHY WAS THE AC ON?! There will be less and less customers coming into the restaurant. My steak biscuit was luke warm at best,.as well as the bo rounds. They were no where near hot.

Completely ignored me at the front and then kept saying someone would be right with me instead of just taking my order. No one was in the drive through line or in line inside. Employees were yelling at each other to take my order instead of just walking over and taking an order for 1 person. I’ve worked in restaurants for 8 years and i’ve only ever walked out of somewhere one other time and this makes the second.. embarrassing

I work in the area and visit this location often. Throughout my past experiences unless requested I receive hard and dark bo berry biscuits. I spoke to the manager on duty and they responded that’s how they’re supposed to be cooked. Attached is what I usually receive and I’m highly dissatisfied!

This place is filthy. The napkins are in filthy containers and we couldn’t find a clean table or chairs, even though the place was empty. The bathroom doors and walls were filthy. Everything needs to be cleaned, even the outside Bojangles sign.

Roaches crawlin around the napkins and tables all casual like they own the dang place, trays of food and trash just left out, mens urinal is broken and filled with rubbish. I like Bojangles as a company but this is completely unacceptable and disgusting. How can I contact the health department??

Not the greatest experience but not the worst either. Had an initial issue with sausage biscuit being called out as strawberry biscuit, which we asked them to correct. Once the food was ready, while the wrapper said sausage biscuit, it turned out to be country ham. Everything else seemed correct. Definitely needed some cleaning in the dining room. Overall just an okay visit.
