Stopped to grab the “Two Steak” for $5 this morning, was really disappointed in quality of my food. I did visit via drive thru, service was quick, no one in line ahead of me. Was ready with my order as soon as I got to the window. The disappointment came once I was at my destination. The biscuits were very hard, thin, and barely anything to them. The meat was twice as thick as the beard, which tells you how severely thin and lopsided the biscuits were. Clearly no standards of quality or consistency. The biscuits were so dry, they just crumbled when taking a bite. I hope there thinking isn’t “ well, you paid $5 for two biscuits, what do you expect”. I would be more than happy to return to the restaurant and complain, but since there was not a receipt, it’s kind of hard. As well, online feedback wants proof. I guess I can share my debit card info, but I am not putting that out there on the web. Might want to try and different locate it chain restaurant if you are hungry and near this location.

Was told they can’t take cash because they were in a shift change… I hope these people stay in fast food because I sure don’t want them doing anything important out in the world. It’s worth the drive to hit the one otw to Jacksonville. Clean people, super clean restaurant and food is actually cooked correctly.

This is by far the worst Bojangles in this area. The food is always burnt/left out, and the female manager is quick to attack before leading with customer service.

At 6:20 on 6/3/25, my wife ordered a 3 piece supreme for my son. The chicken he got was cold and raw. This place struggles constantly but this is a new low. She has already reached out to corporate. It’s best just to steer clear of this one and drive a little farther to a different Bojangles.

I know you may think I’m crazy, but I came up with my own sandwich their years ago. Order a chicken deluxe sandwich on a biscuit with mayo, lettuce and a tomato. Their biscuits are Amazing so why wouldn’t you try this. Once you have, you’ll never go back to the bun. Of course you have to get some Bo rounds and dirty rice with it. Sweet tea is also southern sweet tea

This is the worst Bojangles in town. The staff are not organized and they make it seem like they just don’t want to do their job. I understand that everyone is understaffed right now but everytime we come to this one, there is a problem. I also do Uber eats and have had issues picking up for that at this restaurant as well. They have made us wait over thirty minutes for biscuits in the morning, after telling us it would be 8 minutes. Like what??? Why in the morning? They burn their biscuits often and good luck getting any kind of professional service. They look at you and walk away when you are waiting to place an order if you go inside. Just all around bad service. Bad food. Just bad. Such a shame.

Today 10-5-2025, My family visited this store. The bathrooms toilet paper was sitting on the floor . Who wants to use toilet paper that is sitting on the floor? Then I went to order our food and this little older lady was taking orders and getting food ready and was doing a wonderful job but you have young kids just standing around doing nothing and the manager on duty was just worried about picking receipts out the trash and handing to workers that should be helping get orders out and asking them to do surveys. This place is a joke. This is not the first time but may be our last. Then to finish that little older busting her butt you could tell was in a lot of pain and asking for help but not getting any and still worked thru.

Ordered sweet iced tea, got bitter nasty gunk
I told the guy working that I thought they gave me unsweetened tea, he responded that “sometimes our tea is just like that.”
I don’t blame him, but this Bojangles is where hope goes to die- every time I’ve gone there’s been an issue 🙁

Nasty. Sticky floor. Poor service. I ordered something that required plastic ware in the drive through and didn’t get any so I pulled over to go inside. Before I did that I took a bite out of the driest/burnt biscuit I’ve ever had. No service when I walked in. Then while I waited to be seen, I realized in the back they were giving out biscuits like that to everyone. I left.
