Sweetest most kind souls I’ve come across in a longgg time. They discounted my meal since I came by here so late and they were out of bobites, the cashier (Derek) gave me other options and accomodationed. The cook was also very friendly. (Malaki) They also added in fries. I can’t say enough great things about these employees who truly care to make a great impression and provide customer service and satisfaction. 5stars all the way around! And they gave me a huge smile at 9pm at night. Keep up the excellent work guys!

We went to grab a quick meal for my son before band practice and as he was eating his 3 piece supreme meal he realized one of the tenders was raw. Not like undercooked but completely, barely defrosted RAW!!

Before mentioning anything else. I have been to Bojangles so many times. Tonight 11/08/24 7:12 pm I decided to stop by after my long shift at work and I ordered a tenders meal with a biscuit. To my surprise the biscuit had metal in it. Im not saying a small piece of metal it was huge and I bit into it and consumed it. After this, I drove back to the store and filed a corporate report and police report. I can still feel the metal in my chest and the general manager told me that the they did not have metal in there kitchen. She was rude and did not even offer the corporate report until the cop asked. (Said I didn’t want to talk to her after waiting 30 minutes for her to arrive). Anyways do not recommend it here. Praying to not need to go to the Doctor. Eager to here back from corporate Bojangles.

They always mess up my chicken. It’s staffed by college kids who are too busy scrolling on their phone to care about getting your order right. And they now have AI ordering at the drive-thru and I don’t like that

i don’t know his name, but the white dude with long nappy hair is BY FAR THE most disrespectful fast food employee i’ve ever witnessed. dude seems to have some serious anger issues and i’ve never seen anything like it. dude was genuinely getting mad at customers for being customers and him having to do his job. and i genuinely mean customers being customers. not customers being entitled or having weird requests or demands just customers literally trying to order and get their food. i got nothing but a bad feeling/vibe about him. Having him as an employee could very well be this establishment’s worst decision/investment in my opinion.

What’s also a little ridiculous is that the owner appears to almost only respond to reviews with no comments, and mostly just the positive ones at that

On the plus side the food was good and there was a 20% discount for UNCW students which was appreciated. Anything good stops there. The soda machine ran out of ice, and another customer let them know and they never replaced it. The service was EXTREMELY slow for what is supposed to be a fast food place. Employees were ignoring new customers in order to make food. Everyone there was annoyed. One of the front ladies seemed drugged out and couldn’t seem to keep on top of it. She apologized to me for the wait later though which was nice. I still might come back but I won’t be eager to.

Quiet possibly the worst Bojangles in North Carolina. I have been all over and have been to some terrible Bojangles in the past but this one tops them all. Biscuits are over cooked. Chicken was extra extra crispy. No lids for your drink. No sweet tea available. Staff was more busy and concentrated on horse playing. Manager on duty is in capable of managing her self, much less a restaurant. Will never return to this location.
