Auntie C’s is a wonderful family-owned restaurant in Wichita, Kansas, run by Cheryl, known as “Aunt C.” The place feels like home, filled with warmth, friendly service, and décor inspired by the Chisholm Trail—each piece donated by customers with its own story. Chef Jorge has been cooking there for over 17 years, serving delicious homemade comfort foods like chicken fried steak, pancakes, and cornbread. My personal experience was absolutely five stars—the food was fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine kindness. Perfect spot for a good ol fashioned Sunday hangover meal There were people lined up outside, but the wait isn’t bad and it’s worth it. Staff is on top of things. Huge portion sizes and your coffee is always full!

Ordered – Eggs Benedict and fried onions w/ onion and green pepper.
– Bacon , eggs, has browns with gravy and wheat toast.
Plenty of food for the money. Coffee was good cafe coffee. Farmers Brothers. Even had a 1 lb can for purchase. Good breakfast place with lots of options.

Such a delightful place to eat! The dishes were full of fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. The staff were welcoming and constantly checked if everything was okay. The place is nicely decorated and has a peaceful vibe. I highly recommend it for a lovely dining experience!

I absolutely love this place. Go in on Sundays. Love the Chicken fried steak but all the food is great. Atmosphere is neat and the attitude there is golden. Everyone is so nice and attentive. I even have my favorite wait staff member here. A must visit place if someone has never been.
