The D/E concourse Bojangles. Self order kiosks not working, waited in line for 20+ minutes only to receive some dried out chicken tenders. The biscuit was fresh, I’ll give them that. They offer breakfast all day, maybe that’s appealing to some folks. YMMV

If I could leave a negative review I would.

The worst service at an airport. A lot of people were because of packed flights, but orders were also being taken at the two kiosks and at the counter with an employee.

I ordered a chicken tender meal with seasoned fries and a drink from the kiosk and waited 25 MINUTES!! And NOTHING

So disorganized! Turns out the workers gave my order to someone else!

The older lady handing out the orders is slow when people ask questions she says wait a minute takes a breather then looks at the receipt.

I went up to the counter because I saw the time and my flight was getting ready to board and noticed people who ordered AFTER ME kept getting their orders.

The workers just dismissed me at the counter didn’t even know the order they NEVER called my order.

Please hire other employees because the incompetence is unparalleled here.

I was able to get a refund.

Airport breakfast, not only was staff polite and quick food was delicious. I think the breakfast biscuts are better than McDonald’s. I wish we had one of these back home.

Service at the fast food locations at Charlotte airport are not the best but Bojangles is the absolute worst. Employees at the counter are beyond rude. Today I walk up to the counter and start to order and the girl turns and yells at another employee and walks away. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me here so this time I just walked away. Last time I had to repeat my order four times due to getting interrupted in the same manner. Won’t bother wasting my time at this location in the future but I’m sure they couldn’t care less. Notice in the picture that there isnt a line during lunch time. Anyone familiar with this airport knows how busy it is so it looks like I’m not the only one avoiding the awful service.

I really appreciated having Bojangles inside CLT airport because the fast-food setup saves you so much time while waiting for your next flight. The chicken is good—definitely comparable to KFC—and I was pleasantly surprised to see they serve rice here too, which makes the meal more filling.

The service is okay, mostly self-service since it’s fast food, but efficient enough for an airport setting. There’s a dedicated seating area, and I was lucky to sit where you can also enjoy a bit of planespotting—a nice bonus while eating!

Overall, the experience was fast, convenient, and satisfying, especially when catching a flight connection. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness—maybe more staff attention, since not all customers practice “claygo” (clean as you go).

Still, a great stop if you want a quick, tasty meal before boarding!

This is my go to lunch spot at Charlotte airport. Directly after checkpoint 3 and located in the D concourse “Plaza” food court. Everything I’ve consumed here were great, and the service has been quick and friendly. Not too overpriced and good for airport standards overall.

I spotted this establishment while jogging through a busy airport. Upon first thought, I didn’t think I’d have time. However, I chanced it anyway. Although busy, the cashier greeted me and took my order quickly. My food came a few minutes later with such efficiency and accurate. I had enough time before my flight to relax and eat. My order was fresh and hot with all needed extras.

The service was quick and the staff were swift working in the kitchen. As for the food, the chicken tenders were crunchy and seasoned, biscuit delicious however the fries were salty. Maybe less seasoning on the fries would taste better.

Typical airport prices (overpriced and undersized). Service was fine, but the place had a fair amount of trash right out front. Ordered a sausage biscuit to hold me over…pathetically small patty on soggy biscuit. Flavor of sausage was fine, biscuit was ‘meh’. Does not look a bit like any advertising pictures for Bojangles.
