I ordered a large beans and rice, and received an extra small instead in a large cup . I went in and asked for them to please give me a large rice, and they said it was soup. I’m assuming they ran out, and gave what was left over, but didn’t say anything and thought it was ok to just give a spoonful. Spencer Bojangles just can’t get it together , even after the remodel. Orders are never right, takes a long time to get food, workers are rude, high, or act like they don’t want to be there. Sometimes it’s so hard not to stop there because it’s the only fast food in town, but its dreadful Everytime.

Arrived at this location right before 8:20 am. My husband stood in line waiting to order. By 8:35 the person at the counter had not greeted us or asked our order. However, they continued to take multiple orders from the drive through. He looked up at me often but never said one word. I’m wondering if it was because of our race. There was one person who got served ahead of me. I am sorely disappointed in this. Additionally, the bathroom toilet looked like no one ever cleans it with multiple #2 marks on it. Do better Bojangles!

I ordered from the app and spent $56.66 got a family meal with chicken and Supremes, but on the app it doesn’t allow you to choose certain dipping sauces for the 1st part(there’s 3 choices on different sections) so when I went to pick up my order I made sure to let one of the cashier’s know I didn’t want the peach sauce but instead the honey mustard and BBQ sauce(she had a short haircut) she tried to charge me for 2 sauces instead of just swapping them out. The next issue was the other cashier(she had purple hair and piercings I believe) I asked her to give me the biscuits that were lighter in color due to them always being hard because they’re overcooked and she literally argued with me about my biscuit preference (I’m the paying customer here and was very polite…I know how it is to deal with troublesome customers but that’s definitely not me) so she continued to argue with me and when I asked her why is she arguing with me she told me, “because I already packed your food” I truly despise pulling the race card but a spade is a spade. I was treated differently from the other customer’s in there who were more of a familiar face to them compared to me and it’s unfair, unprofessional, and ridiculous to have to deal with this in 2025. Do better as a staff and as a human.

It never fails every time I go here they are slow as a turtle. They always pulling in cars and taking at least 10 minutes to get their food out ridiculous.

Just reopened from a remodel and the card reader doesn’t work already. Cashier told me I could pay with cash I didn’t have or I can come in to pay with my debit card. There were no signs saying they couldn’t take card in drive thru or anything like that. They would rather loose money than ring me up on another register. Horrible customer service.

Bojangles food is always delicious with the made from scratch biscuits. The best thing about the biscuits is that you can get them any time of the day because breakfast is served all day. I got the sausage, cheese biscuit, and a large ice tea. The sausage patty was overcooked, but it still tasted absolutely delicious because of the biscuit. You can never go wrong with a Bojangles biscuit.

Bojangkes is more concerned with drive thru than the counter. I waited 20mins with no one attending to me, I had to get in my car and go to the drive thru to get service

Let me start by saying the cashier Cheyenne was not friendly. I greeted her saying how you doing. She says dine in or carry out. Like wow. Then while my family and I are gettin our drinks, I just so happened to look over and our food is sitting on the counter. Mind you, no one else is there so it’s not noisy. Yet she never called my number to pick up my food. Then while I ask her for another sauce for my 12 piece Bo bites, she tells me it’s 60 something cents and walks away. I’m calling her and she says he’s the manager you can talk to him. By then the manager comes over and now says it’s 70 something cents. Which one is it?! Why shld I have to pay extra sauce for 12bites, that was hard and crispy .The bites weren’t small, they were nice size bites for only one sauce! The same 1 sauce that I had with my 4 supremes meal! The equivalent is not the same! I ask for the corporate number and no one seems to have it, talking bout it’s on the website. Also, the tables were extremely dirty, had chicken crumbs and straw paper all over it. If you’re going to “do your job” by following so called rules about sauce, do your job and clean this dining room!
