My husband just went through the drive-thru and ordered 5 biscuits. One biscuit had several strands of black hair in it, and another had small pieces of what I’m assuming is plastic in it. Ive been to many Bojangles’ throughout SC and NC, and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The last time I was here, I was told to pull up and wait, waited over 20 minutes outside, finally went inside, and the food still wasn’t ready. This location has some serious cleanliness and service issues. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Bojangles. Absolutely disgusting!

The food is usually good and cooked fresh, but the service could use some help. I stood at the front counter for around 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I get there working on orders, but how about the guy that was leaning against a counter waiting to be told what to do? He could have at least acknowledged customers and seen we had mobile orders to pickup.

The last few times we have ordered from Rockwell Bojangles the food has been so good. Most of the employees are very nice especially the young man that works there. Sorry, I don’t know his name.
I do wish they would inspect the chicken before they box it. Most of the time we get broken chicken legs.(Not a fan!)
Also, please put jelly and napkins with our order.

Brand new restaurant with biscuit making view window! Clean lines and loved the chicken wire accents on the dining room booths. I believe this was the 3rd day open, still lots of new opening buzz, flags flying and full parking lot. Ordering went smooth on the kiosk! Tried new menus items Bird Dogs & Bo Berry Cookie. I absolutely love the Bird Dogs perfect handheld food supreme tender, pickled and the Carolina Gold sauce is just right!

This is the absolute worst Bojangles. I’ve been here a few times hoping it would get better but it just keeps getting worse. Every single order I’ve gotten except for one has been wrong or missing something. I spent 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break a couple of weeks ago ordering, getting back to work, figuring out my order was wrong AND had something missing, and going back to get it fixed. But this morning just takes the cake. After opening my biscuit, it looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I also took a big sip of my tea only to get a mouthful of tea leaves. The employees have a careless attitude and don’t seem to be able to read and get a simple order correct.

After answering 20 questions from the automated order taker I get my supremes combo and get home. Chicken is half cooked, fries are a soggy grease soaked half cooked pile of mushiness, no biscuit and my drink is only half full. Very disappointed.

My chicken was green. They offered to replace it with fresh food and said that the chicken turns green if it sits under the lamp too long. They brought me “fresh” chicken, and it still had traces of green on it. The fries were also so salty that they were inedible. I won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered and paid for a delux chicken sandwich last time I was there. Should have known better, one time before when I ordered the same thing I only ended up with a mayo sandwich with a side of chicken and pickles.

Good food, Good service. The Manager Lemetria will go out of her way to help you. She has no issue fixing a problem very rare in today’s environment. No excuses just handles business. Will definitely be back.
