A lot of employees standing around in the kitchen complaining, which we can hear profanity lace conversations at the far corner of the dining room. They’re complaining about management and how they’re going to react to management. Due to the impending winter storms. Services slow due to employees congregating. Terrible experience had to wait on our food to be cooked. Two steak biscuits. 9:28AM 1/22/26 cashier seems unhappy to be here.

Don’t go there for supper between 5 and 7. They never have enough chicken or sides. They never get the order right. I see plenty of help inside but nothing is coming out correctly. Tonight was the fourth time in a row I ordered the 8 piece family meal and they messed it up after sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Owners need to get this place back on track.

Food and service was terrible. The AI drive through mis understood us and tried to provide my daughter with buffalo dipping sauce when we asked for honey mustard. I get to the window, explain to the gentleman at the counter and he just stares at us like he doesn’t know what is going on. He asks someone what to do and they tell him to open the box and switch the sauces out. He still looks confused. Then we receive our food and drinks. Never tells me the total. Never provides a receipt. No napkins. No straws. No silverware. Shits the window and walks away. We flag him down. Finally get some of the items. We then go to eat the food and the chicken fingers were not done and cold. Biscuit was so hard you couldn’t bite it. Honestly a huge waste of money. Do not got to bojangles in locust, nc

Biscuits hard as a rock. Chicken crispy burned. This is actually an everyday thing. I seriously have to ask for fresh biscuits everytime or you get rocks. No time for this bull. Next bojangles is simply at 51 and 24/27. Much better.

I got the 12 supreme family box with fries and dirty rice and an extra order of Mac and cheese and 2 extra sauces. Half of the chicken was hard and cold the other half was good the dirty rice was cold old and hard as a brick inedible for humans to consume. No sauces at all after paying extra for sauce. Also had to wait 8-10 minutes at the drive thru window even though I was the only car in line. Horrible experience. Do not go to the Locust NC bojangles. It’s terrible every time this is the third time I’ve been this year and something was messed up with my order or the food was just bad.

Don’t go here. They dont get your order right when you go through the drive thru. Then when you call to complain they tell you to bring the food back to prove you didn’t get what you ordered.

I love Bojangles, but I have gotten where I absolutely hate stopping at this Bojangles. Customer service is horrible. Food always looks like it’s been eaten out of. I can’t even believe I spent 5 on fry, and it’s half full. Today, I stopped and got breakfast cause I was craving some fries and once again half full. I think it’s ridiculous that we get charged so much and don’t even get what we paid. I like eating at Bojangles and considering this is the only one in the area. Makes it hard.

Best chicken and sides of all the fast food places. Bo Rounds and Chicken Sandwichs are my personal favorites, Hubby can gobble the dark meat chicken as fast as they can serve it.
