Had to wait 10 minutes for a simple order for one, when I got to finally get home and eat the food was alright but after eating I immediately started having stomach pains and started to vomit. I don’t know if the chicken is bad or the oil they fry it in but I would never eat at this location again.

Awful service. When I place an order on the app and select pickup drive through. Do not tell me all orders have to be picked up inside. Then don’t build a drive though. Have had many issues with this one location. Never again! Embarrassing and shameful.

Okay so I should have learned my lesson the first couple times I went up there but this is this is just crazy so the first couple times I went out there I had to order online inside the store because they said their credit card machine was broken they didn’t put any signage up. After that their machine was fixed yay that’s great so today I decide to place an order on Uber eats and I get a message from the person that was supposed to pick up my food, and somebody else picked it up! They did not care to verify if that person was supposed to pick up my order and they told the person that was supposed to pick up my order to cancel and reorder it again!! So now I’m supposed to spend $40 on a combo and an extra biscuit are you kidding me!?!? Fortunately after talking to an agent on Uber I got my refund back, and told me that they were not supposed to tell me that, so if anybody wants to order online from this place I would proceed with caution!!!

I wish you could rate the employees separately. The bigger black woman is rude not only to customers but the way she interacts with staff too. Slung my food bag on the counter, said what was in my order and said have a good day, and walked away all while I’m not near the counter because there are other people ordering. The whole entire condiment counter was out of everything except salt and sugar packets so she could’ve at least waited until I walked up there to get my food to see if I need anything. Everyone has their bad days but this woman must have a bad day every day because whenever I see her working I just know there’s going to be some kind of negative atmosphere. Everyone else is at least polite, not saying you have to smile at everyone but she’s rude and doesn’t use any customer service skills whatsoever. Cashier as usual was very nice and all other staff were polite too.

probably one of the rudest employees I’ve encountered, one in particular. She was fussing at another employee that he gave us too many napkins (he gave us 4). Not the first time I’ve encountered this type of service here before either. Most likely won’t be back here again.

I come during my shift quite often after 9pm, first time I was refused service by some rude white boy who seems like he just didn’t want to work. Offered me supremes and a soda instead of my order. I’ll be sure to let anyone I speak to about Bojangles know this isn’t one to go to. Super unprofessional and it reflects badly on every other person inside.
