I just recently went to the Bojangles on the corner of Garrison and Union Road and ordered the six-piece Bo Bites they told me I had to wait 6 minutes because they were cooking them so I pulled to the front waited about six minutes or so the lady brought my food out so when I get home there were two fresh Bo Bites and the rest look like they have been up all day and they were so hard I cound not eat them. This is very disappointing because you spend your hard earned money to get food and I don’t usually order fast food all the time but when I do I would like to have fresh food that’s edible.

The service is always good and friendly. We didn’t eat inside but as far as the outside ‘atmosphere” goes, it’s always clean. My main issue was the supremes were not too supreme, they were very small – just a strip of pieces of chicken. Maybe 2 bites each per piece. I didn’t realize until I got home and opened the box. Pitiful.

Not a great experience: Dined in and the order took about 25 minutes. Two other families that ordered also seemed to wait longer than we did and were vocal. The chicken was good but fries were very stale. Ordered a fish sandwich but never received it, and we ended up just leaving.

I just can’t win here. Every single time I go here something is either left off my order or the biscuits aren’t done,or the chicken/ is dry or cold. I tried those bites they were cooked so hard I couldn’t even eat them. Asked for hot fries with extra seasoning, I got cold fries with no seasoning at all. If I go one time and everything is hot and correct the next 5 times something gonna be wrong even when I only go to that one maybe once a month. …This is an add on to the original review…I just got food from there, ordered hot fries with extra seasoning & a chicken breast. The fries were cold and bland with ” no seasoning at all” , the breast was cold , hard and dried out like it had been sitting all day…just wasted money, straight to the trash can. Somebody needs to be held accountable for all the bad food sold in that practically new store this is just insane..

Ordinarily 5 stars for this location so the way around but yesterday we everything was lacking. Things i noticed most was the food was honestly bad. Biscuits had hard pieces and egg corners were hard and not edible. Step it up players this used to be the best location in Gastonia! Y’all can put it back on top take pride in what you do no matter what is what makes you a boss!

Stopped at this Bojangles on our way home after a long road trip. It was about 9:35 when we got here. The store closes at 10 so I wasn’t shocked that after completing my order with the AI representative, I was informed they were out of legs and thighs. Ok, no big deal. My other order was a supremes combo. Can we swap the 2-pc out for another supremes combo? The drive through attendant is discussing with another employee the cost difference. Then she says, oh, we don’t have bottled water either. Weird but ok, so I just asked, what do you have? She responds, oh we’re out of unsweet tea too. And we’re out of biscuits. I just looked at her, kind of puzzled and said just cancel it. Cancel the order.
Bojangles Management, either serve food up until closing time or change your hours. Your employees either don’t want to do any work, or they’re lying to your customers to avoid having to be there after closing (a reality that every single restaurant in existence has to account for and manage.)
This was the most ridiculous exchange I’ve ever had with a restaurant employee. She was rude, indignant, lacked training, lacked any sort of motivation, and made no attempt to apologize for the situation. Simply inexcusable. Owner and manager should be ashamed of this representation of their store and their brand.

Very busy. Workers doing the best they could but overwhelmed! I got half of my bo sized fries and 2.5 pieces of my 3 piece supreme. Tea wasn’t sweet. Spent about 15 of my 30 minute lunch in line and waiting. Disappointed!

I would just like to take a minute to let everyone know the great actions I witnessed during my brief visit. I saw the greatest act of human decency and respect by a manager named Jackie. Upon entering I saw an elderly couple sitting at a table. As soon as Jackie completed my order, this man came to their table and assisted them out the door and to their car. This is the type of respect and caring most people need to learn. This is the best type of customer service I have ever witnessed. Should you need a lesson in decency, please go visit Jackie at this location.
