Work 10 hours, drive 2 hours back to the house, stop at bojangles, order a 5 piece supreme combo. Got only tenders and a biscuit with no fries and no sauce that I asked for. $12 for 5 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Insane.

I hate to say this because I just had a nice interaction with the girl at the window, but I was wrong to trust a fast food restaurant (again). The speaker robot seemed to have wrote my order down right, but the employees inside got thing whole thing wrong, man.. The sandwich is wrong, no fries, not even a single tater, & I got the Mac n’ cheese (no silverware to eat it with, but ofc it’s so mushy I can’t eat it anyways ). It was my only stop till tonight, so now I don’t have enough to eat & will be starving by then, thank you Bojangles❤️

So I had to do a survey on Bojangles. The restaurant was spotless. The bathroom is clean with all amenities. The manager and employees were very very nice and respectful. Now the food was hot and the chicken and biscuits were fresh. Special thanks to Haven an employee at Bojangles of Cherryville NC for making sure I had all condiments for my food and who was working very professionally Truth Seeker must give at least more than 5 stars and my rating would have to be a 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had to wait for fresh chicken for an 8 piece. They did not have slaw. But the food was good. I just wish they would have chicken avalible and not have to wait for 15-20 min.. This is the 3rd time we have visited and were told we would have to wait.

Service was extremely slow and the manager that was on duty on Sunday 8-31-2025 was very rude and unprofessional.. Yelling at his staff so loud you could hear it sitting in the dinning area. Something needs to be done about the unprofessional operation of this establishment

Ordered a 12pc family meal. Had to wait 10 min extra at drive thru. Brought the order out in large box as normal. When I got home I had no 1/2 gallon tea. And they charged me for the 12pc tailgate and only gave me 8pc of chicken. This is terrible.
