Just stopped in on the way back to Wilmington from Washington, D.C. We brought a good amount of teenagers with us and the staff was very accommodating and had most items ready to go. The thing that stood out the most was Tonya. We’ve never had anyone at your stores to stop by and check on how the food was and if we needed anything. That’s true hospitality. She even took my wife’s tray after she checked on us. She stopped at every table to check on them. I’d drive from Brunswick County, NC just for the location on hospitality alone. Please keep up the good work, Ms Tonya and we hope to see you soon!

The service was okay but the self sevice area was empty of napkins & forks. The area looked liked it needed to be wiped down. I ordered the 2 piece all white meat dinner and my breast was undercooked to where you could still see the batter mixture under the skin. The biscuit and fries were good.

Went to the Raleigh Dr location today and it was the worst restaurant I have ever been in. First of all at 5pm the chairs were upside down on all the tables like they were closing. Next as I waited for my online order there were employees in the kitchen area cussing and complaining about the job. Even though there were people in line and waiting on food they had no initiative to help them. The front end employee had a horrible attitude and even made the comment she didn’t want to be there. After waiting on our food for 30 minutes we checked over our order and it was wrong. When we asked to have it corrected we got nothing but attitude. This will be the last time I visit this store and just so everyone knows this isn’t the first bad experience I have had here and it mimics the last 2 times I have been here.

I just stopped at this establishment on my way to South Carolina to purchase some chicken. The gentlemen came on the mic and told me to order when I was ready. I proceeded to order my chicken. The gentlemen got off of the intercom and another employee got on. Once I said I wanted to order chicken, the employee said “Oh we dont have chicken”. I knew this was false because if you did not have chicken you would’ve stated it in the very beginning of our interaction. Then when I pulled away all of the employees were looking out of the drive through window. My experience was unprofessional and rude. Dont lie because you dont want to make anything for the rest of the night and you close at midnight. Please make it make sense.

So I hit up Bojangles the other day and honestly, the chicken was pretty solid. Like, crispy on the outside, juicy inside — way better than I expected. The seasoning had that little kick that makes you wanna keep eating even when you’re full. Biscuits were decent too, but kinda dry unless you throw some honey on there. Service was alright, nothing crazy, but they got my food out pretty quick.
Not the absolute best chicken spot I’ve ever had, but for fast food it’s definitely worth it. Would go again for sure.

Stopped here during our road trip. WOW. Absolutely delicious for fast food. Would definitely recommend their crispy, crunchy, flavorful fried chicken dinner with crispy, fresh coleslaw and one of their fluffy, warm biscuits. Service was working hard despite being crowded. If I lived near a Bojangles, you’d find me sleeping in the parking lot.

Most of the employees acted as if this was their first day of their first job! Slow does not even begin to describe the pace they served at. The cashier taking orders barely spoke over a wisper I waited 7 minutes for a drink refill. One of the cooks came from the back to get my refills since no one working the counter acknowledged I was waiting. I do.not see a return visit in my future.
