I don’t like being rude but I found a hair in my chicken come on now I just went by to eat and I com to finding a hair in my chicken very disgusting I will never come back here I hope the general manager sees this so there employees can use hair meshes and be cleaner AND FOR the PUBLIC please be aware of eating here WE PAY FOR our FOOD WE EXPECT GREAT FOOD AND NOT THESE KIND OF SUPRISES

I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews. And I don’t have anything against the staff, mostly because there is a new set every time I go. But this establishment has been here long enough for them to have gotten it together. I eat here often enough (too often at this point) and I’ve gotten more wrong orders than right. Either I’m missing something, I didn’t get what I asked for or they are out of something that I wanted. Was so excited to have a new fast food place close by when they opened up, but I’ve been nothing but disappointed almost every single time.

Drive thru had cars in line so I parked and went in. I was third in line. I ordered two double ham biscuits and two BoBerry biscuits. After waiting about twenty minutes I received my bag and I left. When I got home I had one single ham on an undone biscuit and a ham (single) and egg biscuit with my BoBerrys. This location has had time to work out these problems.
EDIT: Operations called me back and tried to make things right. I give corporate props for being interested in keeping a good business good.

This establishment was very clean and the atmosphere was light and slightly cheery, the kitchen was relatively clean and the staff seemed to be in good spirits…BUT the food was very disappointing..my chicken was small and dehydrated, a young lady offered me another drum to compensate(greatly appreciated) but I got 5minutes down the highway & bit into a flaky golden brown biscuit that was very under baked. The dirty rice was good.

Horrible service. Stopped by to grab dinner, once I paid, was asked to pull forward because they were making fresh supremes. Pulled forward just to waited and waited. Finally I walk in and ask about the order, and they had completely forgotten that I was waiting. Poor staff training and obviously poor managerial training for something like this to happen, when the job is to get the customer their food that they orderedand paid for.Seems to be a common theme with this location. Disappointing in definitely an understatement with this particular location!

I waited in line for my food and got an ear full of two young ladies, a young man curse the whole time . Meanwhile the manager stood right with them the whole time and never said a word! I would have been highly upset if I had my two young nephews with me. Won’t be back and yes….. I did ask for the manager and let him know that he should not entertain that behavior because they do serve families with children.

This is a brand new Bojangles which for those of us that drive a truck is truck accessible and fantastic very nice restaurant thought the food was very good staff was very active in getting orders and food out I had ordered the barbecue sandwiches, picnic fries, sweet tea. The sandwiches were good but the fries were barely warm I should have checked them before accepting them and the restaurant was clean.
