I just went through the drive thru and had my order taken by a lady named Amber. She was absolutely amazing and bright! Standing in the freezing cold, taking orders and still able to be so cheerful. Thank you for energy it made the wait not so bad.

Please read for explanation of this rating. This one is difficult to rate. The service was good, food was fresh and people were friendly. The place was packed when I came in but I still received my food as quickly as could be expected.
My problem in the rating is the manager, Melissa.
She was extremely abusive to the staff in the presence of customers. The berating.was severe and undeserved. So much so that I and a couple of other customers intervened to compliment the staff.
I witnessed someone ordering grits and they were clearly visible through the glass. When another customer asked for them, she blamed the cashier and became abusive towards him.
I witnessed the same type of treatment of two other employees.
Common courtesy is not as common as it should be. I am calling corporate.
I will keep you posted on there response.
I will immediately upgrade my rating as to not harm the awesome staff working in the store.

The best Bojangles I’ve been to in years! Everything was absolutely perfect. Not sure if this location is always this way, but the team working today was on point! This is how Bojangles should always taste!

I come in and asked for a 3 PC meal AND a large Mac and cheese. The young lady made a mistake and made the Mac and cheese my side instead of having it separate. When I kindly went back the manager on duty took it as I was saying that I asked for it to be like that and he couldn’t give me the fries for the meal unless I paid for it While rushing me out the way for the line that was starting to form. I was completely unheard and I’m highly upset. I know how it is to work in a fast food chain. But this wasn’t what I expected. Please pay attention to what the customers are saying. I’m more upset at the manager than the nice lady who seemed like she was new.

Our food was take out the whole order was wrong and 5 ham biscuits didn’t get in the bag we asked for chicken strips and got bone in chicken I dont mind this however one of my guests doesn’t like bone in. My sister from up north loves the ham biscuits and always get a supply to go home well she missed all 5 biscuits and money gone out the window I plan on finding somewhere else to go when she returns which is often we have had other orders totally messed up and when we are not able to return to the store to retrieve food or money like this time we’re coming from funeral. Its sad the food isn’t double checked so be careful if you do go here and check your bags.!

I was surprised that the food was good. I had to wait for a car to be finished, so I walked over for breakfast. The meal was hot fresh, and good. Pleasantly surprised. Will return.

The only reason I went to the Bojangles was to help out someone who was in desperate need of food. I ordered in the drive-through. Pretty straightforward order. I was asked to pull around to the front of the restaurant to await my order. No one seemed to help or bring it out so I went in and had to get my order from the counter. The only reason I went to this specific location because it was close to where I was visiting with someone from out of town. Avoid this location at all cost. I don’t know how they have 4.1 overall stars could be just an off day.
