Came here last night to pick up dinner for the kids. Ordered a 12-pc Supremes Tailgate with double fries. Should be easy, right?
Well unfortunately- got back home and there were no fries. They forgot them. I called to ask for a partial refund, but they said that they can’t help me over the phone, and that I could only come back to get the fries.
I’m not going to drive 30 minutes back just to get missing fries, it would just be a waste of time and dinner would be cold by then. So basically I paid for fries I never got, and they couldn’t even be bothered to refund me for it. Terrible experience. No one cares anymore.

Service was absolutely terrible, one person on the register and he had no help getting orders together. We watched him lay four receipts for orders and nobody touched them. I watched one employee in the kitchen walking around sticking stickers on other employees while drinking out of a cup. Every table in the restaurant is dirty. Our food wasn’t even warm. I had to call to a manager and ask him to step in and help after witnessing him walk right past the mess and leave it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. We will not be back to this location

Food was good, but there’s no seasoning on my fries. I’d rather have heartburn from too much seasoning than no seasoning at all. The food was still good and I love how consistently crispy the fries have been.

Walked over here since I was so rudely denied service at the neighboring Dunkun Doughnuts. It’s 25 degrees and snowing. They gave me a coffee from the drive thru. They were so nice, and made it look easy. Compare that to my other, recent review of Dunkin Doughnuts next door (1 star). Thanks, guys.

This is the 2nd Bojos we tried to eat at today in the Raleigh,NC area. The first one was so over crowded we left. But this one was a gem! I have never seen a Bojangles with such fancy wood work and stainglass! It was very busy, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The food! Wow! For fast food,, and a busy place, this was exceptional. Blueberry biscuits, excellent. Bacon, egg, and chees, excellent! Sausage, gravy biscuit, crazy good, and had a sausage patty! The only thing they did not have was Blueberry cookies. And when they forgot the eggs on one of the biscuits they made another fast, and we got to keep the wrong one.I ended up with the bonus bacon egg chees , and it had a mound of great bacon.

Manager was rude. I had to put my sandwich together after she threw it in the bag. Didn’t even offer to refix my meal. It was literally out of the box laying in the bottom of the bag. WILL NOT BE BACK AT THAT LOCATION AT ALL. Thanks for such negative service.

Chicken cold and skin hard. My biscuit cold. i tried to eat because I paid for it. The strawberry jelly and honey were the best thing I got after a long day at work and hungry. I got 2 cold biscuits at that..Im gone give the rest to my dog to see if she want it..smh
