Tired of ordering and we get the opposite of what we want. Next time just tell us what your going to give us. It doesn’t matter what we ask for…No mayo does not mean a little mayo. Bo Chicken sandwich does not mean spicy chicken. Fries were way too salty.

Usually no problems but today I get home and find out they didn’t have my combo. I didn’t have a difficult order but this sucks because I got home and bam order wrong. The drive thru is get your order and go. I’ll inspect my food before I leave drive thru and don’t care if the line is backed up or not.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. I was having a nice meal before shooting an episode of my YouTube hiking show ” Beyond the Pavement” I got a chicken fillet biscuits. Sometimes it’s not great but this time it was excellence.

We ordered 4 Cajun Filet Chicken Biscuit Combo with fries and sweet tea. The chicken and fries were old and greasy. The biscuit was hard and dried out. The only good thing was the sweet tea. A week before this, we ordered Bojangles at the one in Selma. It was perfectly fresh. What’s so hard about fast food? I started out in fast food.

5-12-23 at 10:20 most of my items we’re missing so I had to turn around and get my items and asked for refills while I was there 4 women were extremely rude. Didn’t give me the refills completely ignored me when I asked and wanted to huff and puff and say I quote “oh my god no we ain’t doing that” this is the worst experience I have ever at this location and I come to it very often I am extremely disappointed and all of this was done in front of my children so even my children experienced the disrespect. They were even rude about giving me extra seasoning and the sweet tea that they had forgotten. I just don’t understand how people can have a job where they are supposed to attend customers and be so disrespectful.

Service was amazing, but the chicken for my fillet biscuit was nothing but chewy gristle and breading. This is not the first time this has happened. Folks I pay a premium price for your product and expect what I pay for

If I could give negative stars I would, this location hire a bunch of young lazy people who could care less… food always cold, if you ask for it fresh it just go in one ear and out the other… the supremes usually consist of more skin than chicken it’s just a mess

As soon as we pull up the voice on the speaker says “BOJANGLES…….BOJANGLES” no hello or any type of greeting. The fries are completely unseasoned and the food is cold. The tea tastes like its been sitting out for a month

If you like to get the wrong order mushy cold food from employees that have the attention span of a squirrel then this is the place for you. I’m not over exaggerating. Oh yeah the roach crawling up the wall was free as a jail bird.

Cajun biscuit on the whole was dry… Seemed quite old. Seemed as if it had been refried to the point it was like southern pork “crackling”… very hard. No substance inside. The biscuit was appropriately cut… the type layer was so thin, that it ripped as I tried to lift it off to apply condiments. Fries: I asked for lightly seasoned ready to order fries. Fries were lukewarm to cool, lanky, heavily seasoned. And I just keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but to no avail. Think my fam & I are done for good with Bojangles this time around..
