Came in to order for 3 people. 2 orders of 4 cajun supreme combos and a chicken sandwich. This is one of the 4 piece supremes in the picture. Yes, they count 2.5 tenders as 4.
After trying it, the food is also cold. It’s literally lunch time! They should be fresh and the amount I ordered. Will be calling in on this one.

I LOVE Bojangles. There needs to be more of them. Their biscuits melt in your mouth. The country ham, dirty rice and the potato rounds are delicious too.

Went today at 5:20 for the 2 pc special after 5pm. Was told no legs, 15 minute wait. Asked then I get 2 thighs instead? Was told no, you would be charge for a pc meal instead of the special. Sorry, not my fault someone obviously sold too legs to someone,

The food was good but my side’s were only just over half full. I ordered an 8 piece tailgate special with mashed potatoes & gravy and green beans as my sides. I ordered an extra mashed potatoes & gravy because there’s only enough in the containers for 2 people as it is. I’ve never seen so little food put in the side containers. I have included pictures. One more thing I’d like to add…when the cashier was handing me my order, I asked if the additional mashed potatoes & gravy I ordered were in the box. She said they were but decided to check anyway. She opened the box and they weren’t in there. If I hadn’t of asked, I would have gotten all the way home only to find out my order wasn’t complete. I feel totally ripped off due to the lack of food in my containers and I’m glad I asked about my extra side. Check your orders and open your containers before you leave people…it seems that Bojangles needs their food worse than most of us do.

I went there after work because, after calling the wife, neither of us wanted to cook. From where my job is, Bojangles is only a hair’s breath down the road.
I got there and it was busy, but they were very efficient and got everyone cycled through, so my in-line wait was minimal.
Got to the window and paid. The girl at the window was very friendly, but a little shy. I got my freshly-cooked chicken, but had an additional five-minute wait as my Bo Rounds were still cooking.
The food was very good and the service was exemplary. I would highly recommend this location. I’m from High Point, NC working in Randleman, NC. The food at this location is much better than I have gotten at any High Point location. That isn’t saying that I have never gotten good food from High Point. Just not for a while.
Still, kudos to the Randleman location.

Food has gone down hill since Stephanie old manager went to corporate.. went week or so ago was BAD! Gave them another try 8/08/24 ordered Cajun filet Bo round special with side of egg. Always ask for Crispy Bo rounds most of time they don’t put crispy on ticket even when they do always get soggy mushy Bo rounds.. cook throghly and drain the grease soaked through bag. What happened to this egg? I didn’t ask for scrambled with butter or grease running out of container.. I see why all their old timers that use to be thiere are @ Hardee’s now.. I want go back. Hardee’s best breakfast in town now!

Very disappointed. We ordered 6 meals, we received 2 sporks and 5 straws not enough of either. And then when I opened up my sandwich it was beyond done to the point the chicken was crunchy, and then a laughable excuse for mayo and pickles, see picture. Not really interested in going back anytime soon.
