This location tends to have slower service and unfortunately has adopted an AI order taker for their drive through. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for a biscuit. Annoying, people make a better start to a morning. The two are linked to better service. You need people in the store who care, not cold dead robot AI. There is a link in customer service you’re missing Bo.
Food is what you would expect for Bojangles – guilty good.

The place was extremely dirty inside and out. Half ate chicken in the floor, trash all in the parking lot. Litterers should be prosecuted.
The tables and chairs are all falling apart. Perhaps this location should renovate and enforce higher standards of conduct for patrons or close this place down?
And there were pieces of bo-berry biscuit in my daughter’s chicken biscuit, strange…
Also, the prices are ridiculous. I hardly eat bojo anymore because it’s unhealthy and also not a good value. The food was tasty though.

Visited this morning and specifically asked for fresh fries. I never make this request, but almost every time I’ve been there the past few weeks, they’re cold and old. They couldn’t have been fresh. They were stale and warm. Seemed as though they tried to reheat them. I also didn’t have to wait, which was strange since I asked for fresh food. I of course didn’t even attempt to go back seeing as though the employee at the window didn’t seemed to thrilled with me. I was even courteous and thanked her without knowing my request was denied. I visit this location about 3-4 times a week. Guess I’ll have to find another place to get breakfast before work.

Traveled on I-85 S enroute to Charlotte, NC and stopped at the bojangles restaurant in Mebane, NC about 9 p.m. Inside was closed only drive up was available. AI took the order and of course did not get it correct. I ordered 2 (2 piece chicken snack boxes with a biscuit and 2 drinks). Order came up to about $11.00 Got the windows to pay and was told they had no biscuits and only had thighs and breast. The only drink available was Starry. Was told one snack box would have breasts. It did not. They gave us 3 thighs in each box and charged us $17.00. AI had captured only 1 chicken snack box. No napkins was included with our order. We waited for at least 15 minutes in drive up window and was highly disappointed with the food received and the service. Will not be stopping again for chicken at this location.

This was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. The dining room was gross. The drink station had a bag partially tied over it with water leaking from it. Ceiling to floors, this place needs to be deep cleaned. From what I could see in the kitchen, it was just as disgusting. It’s a shame that these same reviews have been left for years now on Google, but nothing has changed.

First of all Me and my family are always on Bo time at this exact location everyday .. but today when we went to bogangles for. The 2 for 5 steak biscuits they were promoting outside in there sign when we asked for the promotion we were told they were no longer serving that promotion but clear as day was the promotion siting right out front for all to see and they continued to be very rude and very unprofessional and refused to honor the promotion on the. Wow. What a sad representation of this company. If this Mebane location is any indication of what the rest of the concept is like the company should just go away. The store is gross. Our food was mediocre at best. The service was rough. The only reason this location is open is because it’s next to I40. We went because one of my kids heard they had new buffalo wings and wanted to try them. They didn’t have any to sell but tons of signage around promoting. The cashier was slow and mostly concerned with talking to the two other employees and looking at his phone. None of the employees appeared to be a manager. I don’t understand why this store is open at all. The level of service and care here tells me that there are days when the store doesn’t open because no one showed up for work. From what I could tell the product we were given doesn’t complete with anything in it’s category. I’d put Bojangles with Zaxby’s and Popeyes and the product doesn’t beat either. Management and the regional for this location should put their keys in the register and go home. I was surprised to see the customer who came in after we sat down came in barefoot and the cashier ignored him for a while and then I heard him say that his order from the drive thru was incorrect and he was driving with no shoes on. That guy got whatever it was worked out finally and left angry. There was a glimmer of hope before we left. The cashier came out with a rag to wipe a table down but stopped and started texting and was still doing that after we got in the car and drove to the traffic light. A Culver’s here could work.

don’t do online orders unless you wanna wait for the rest of your life. i placed an order at 5pm, to be picked up at 5:35pm and didn’t get it until 6pm. lobby was full, while they kept the drive thru lane down. they prioritize the drive thru over the lobby. will not be returning.

The reason for the 1* is the place is filthy. We got there at 5 and they were not busy at all. Someone asked if the door was locked and then they went and looked it. Then, told us to let them know when we were leaving, so they could unlock the door.
All the tables needed cleaning, the floors vacuumed and mopped. The drink area and condiment/straw area was, as well.
The bathrooms needed attention, too. The men’s urinal was coming off the wall. You can see for yourself the state they were in.
