Monday was my first visit in weeks! The service was much better than the last visit! The only downside was having to wait half an hour to get chicken!

I ordered my food through the drive thru. The Guy Cashier was short, rude & kept slamming the window, basically trying to keep me from asking any questions because they were out of certain things but ok cool. He told me to pull up and they would bring the order out but after about 15-20 minutes later I decide to go in and they had forgotten about my order. I was given old hard chicken, the biscuits didn’t have taste & weren’t edible and a quarter of the tea spilled in the bottom of the bag. The order supposed to have came with 2 lrg Fries but the containers were half filled. 1/11/26 @ 9:20pm. I hate wasting money

Do not eat here through the drive through!! If you enjoy having your food correctly ordered the stupid AI they have running here screwed my entire order up. It didn’t ask if I wanted fries or borounds. I ended up with all borounds. Which no one wanted. I got all Diet Pepsi and ordered 1 diet mt dew. AI did not read my order back to me. So I had no idea what I was receiving once I got to the window. They did not have the Carolina crunch. To which I ask; how you’re literally located in the triad area of North Carolina? The biscuits were good. I will not be coming back to this location because of the AI taking orders.

Run in to purchase special to go, only 2 steak biscuits, lady in front of me ordered 8 or 10 piece meal to go. This lady was the only other person in restaurant.
They took Forever to get her order together, then a gentleman had came in,behind me, ordered 8 piece dark only. After they finally got the lady’s order, they started directly on the 8 piece dark, which they didn’t even have enough chicken to fill. All this took approximately 7 minutes, with a Completely Empty restaurant. I never received my order, I requested to be refunded, I had ran out of time, as I was in a bit of a rush. The employee that refunded my money said he was Unaware of my order. What he thought I was doing standing in there, you can be the judge of that.

This was the most unprofessional and pitiful fast food experience I’ve ever had. I made an online order and arrived 10 minutes after the pick up time only to wait an additional 40 minutes to receive my food. My chicken was old, fries were over salted and cold. I didn’t receive my sauce or straws even after being told they were in the bag. I can understand if the staff is struggling due to being busy, but there was only one other customer besides me when i arrived. Staff was argumentative and completely clueless. Will not attempt to return.

How are you a chicken spot but you “run out of dark meat” at 7pm?? Then let people order, pay, then tell them we only have white meat at the end?? That’s crazy!!! Some people prefer dark meat and would have never ordered if they knew that!! Do better

Waited in line for 25 min only to be met with major attitude. Didn’t get all the food I ordered but wasn’t going back. Food i did get was old and barely warm.Left a review with bojangles, manager called but never apologized just offered to send gift cards which never came.

The reason why I gave a low review is because the cashier kept calling me pet names such as “baby”, “love”, etc. I can’t stand it when people I don’t know do that. I’m not that cashiers Love, or baby. Also, be careful pulling into and out of their driveway. It has a rough dip that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I came here around 5:00pm on a Friday and no one wouldn’t even acknowledge me to take my order. They were busy talking to each other. Whoever runs this specific location — talk to your employees. This is a horrible establishment but hey, if you don’t want my money – so be it 🙂

Worst Bojangles ever! Only care about the drive through. If you want to sit inside, better want to wait! Ended up ordering through the app as there was nobody to take my order. Said ready on the app but it took additional 30 minutes to get the food.
