I use to come into this bojangles atleast every other day until a few months ago when I finally gave up trying to receive decent food and service from this place. When I decided to give it another shot is when I was served by the purple haired manager once and decided to start coming back. She is so nice and friendly and fast it surprised me how much she really carried the store. Came in this week multiple times and have not seen her. Sure hope she is still around until then I have no intentions of coming back at all

Barely average Cajun fillet sandwich. I’ve had better but it was still good for sure. Maybe they’re downsizing portions. The front end staff was great, happy to see me and chit chat a bit since there was no one behind me in line. As BoJangles go, this one was exceptionally clean, efficient, and a pleasure to visit. I’ll be back vs other locations.

My husband and I went to this location after leaving another one that were out of chicken. The lady at this restaurant was incredibly nice and helped us to get an amazing meal. The chicken was fresh and hot and everything else was amazing as well. Will definitely be going to this location from now on.

This place sucks! Thursday evening and the employees are the worse ever! They are extremely slow, the manager (short black lady) is no where to be seen. She should be up front helping. Customers walking in and walking out after realizing that no one is taking orders up front. White male is “prepping orders” but takes an eternity to get it done. They’re more focused on drive thru rather than front counter. If that’s the case then close the lobby. 0 stars

Went there today and got an eight piece family meal. Over $30 .They took my money and then they came to the window and said they were out of tea and out of biscuits. The excuse they used was they were short staffed. One that’s not an excuse to not have items and two they should have told me they didn’t have items prior to me paying . I would have canceled order and they knew that that’s why they took my money first . Very deceptive practice. I will never go back to this location if that’s how they do business. Very disappointed with this business. Never heard of a Bojangles not having tea and biscuits.

Witnessed employee reach into her shirt to adjust her bra strap, then continue to prepare food. After discussing with manager and assured it wouldn’t happen again. Next trip, same girl making same adjustments while preparing food, DO BETTER!

The reason I’m giving them a three star is because I was told they were out of sweet tea for one of my meals, but they had the other two so I said that was fine and replaced it with a lemonade. But then when we got down the highway and tasted the teas. They were most definitely unsweetened! I had to go to a gas station to get sweet tea, when it could have easily been switched out for lemonade!

I never really have great experiences with this location, but I try to be optimistic and come back every other year or so just to see if anything has improved. Now a robot takes your order, and the woman at the drive thru window acts disgusted that she has to interact with with another human. And if you like that really thinly sliced deli meat, get the country ham biscuit. This place gave me depression.
