Ordered a regular breakfast biscuit and it had a randmm spots of what I HOPE is boberry. Again, I ordered and theoretically got a plain biscuit. This is cross contamination, and it’s extremely unsettling to find blue/purple spots in your food. Either way horrible for food service standards…

Very poor service ! Lady in blonde hair. Was not paying attention to the order. Had to keep repeating . What we had. A young lady with low cut hair . Was sucking her teeth. Due to the fact we had to keep repeating that our order was not complete ! Young man just leaning all against the window. I know it’s things that can be cleaned instead of leaning ! This was at 7:15pm Oct 15th 2025 I will be calling corporate on this matter because this is not the first time I came with poor service ! Last time I didn’t leave a review this time I am. And calling corporate on the matter . Of this situation if you don’t want to work in that type field it’s many others ! But don’t catch attitudes when you didn’t complete the job correctly !

The morning of the 18th of November 2025 I had came in the parking lot to order. As I went past the manger was standing outside with her boyfriend. When I went pass she said so to him. He started giving me hard looks. When I tried to order. They acting like I was saying the wrong thing. When they gave my total I knew my order was not right. The manager was in drive-thru until she seen me in line. She put the young man in the window to create a problem on purpose. I’ve been coming to this same location almost every morning for the past year. Never had a problem until one of the employees on front counter started antagonizing me about the way I ordered my meal. I specifically asked for a biscuit and a drink nothing more. When he started adding sides to it I told him I did not order that he told me I need to be more specific. He proceeded to go back and forth with me about my order. This is after I stood in line for over 10 minutes. When I was about to order he took a bathroom break. For well over 10 minutes. This young man had created a hostile work environment. There were over seven people standing in line waiting to be served but he chose to bicker back and forth with me then he called his manager and told her to come and make me shut up and like I told him that’s your manager she can’t make me do anything. Instead of him waiting on customers he chose to be antagonistic towards me as I was waiting on my food until I left the store. Management didn’t say anything about his behavior or the lack of service that was being given.

I cannot complain. The food was excellent. It was a very nice, relaxed atmosphere, and the service was excellent. There was something missing from my order but they figured it out before I realized it and took care of it. Will definitely go back.

PLEASE stop accepting door dash orders if you can’t handle it. This is the THIRD TIME a dasher has had to wait over 30 minutes at this location just to pick up the order. It has been reassigned twice, cancelled, and this is the first order that has been picked up when I ordered today! But on top of that two things are substituted because you don’t have it! Get it together.

Thought I’d pop over and grab some chicken while my clothes were washing. I see why nobody was in the line or in store now.
I had to get a refund because a man came after me and got his food before i did. My clothes finished washing before i got my food. So i waited over 25+ min for nothing. This location should shut down until they get better management. Or competent workers.
And then i tried to sit at multiple tables and they were all dirty. Cups and trash left in the lobby. If nobody was in line or instore how and why was it so dirty? Never again.

Whoa, this place was horrible. They forgot our order. We stood there for 15 mins while everyone else was getting there’s. And the manager was giving out free food to the doordash drivers. Just forgetting about everyone else. I definitely will try and stay away from this one.
