I don’t eat here all that often, but when I have it’s always been good. Unfortunately I can’t say that about my last 2 visits now.. maybe it was foolish on my part to order a breakfast sandwich in the evening, but the biscuit was so dry that I could barely choke it down. And the dirty rice was very strange tasting and the beans are nothing like I remember them.. now my boyfriend got just a regular chicken sandwich and of course it was delicious. I love how that works. Lol. Maybe only ordering breakfast in the morning is the moral to the biscuit story. As far as the beans and rice- uh, I’ll try again before too long to finalize my deliberation

My experience here was absolutely awful. The staff was unprofessional and disrespectful—one employee even threw a drink at my fiancé in the drive-thru. On top of that, they got the order wrong. When I went inside to speak with a manager, he was digging in his nose while handling food and refused to give me his name, as well as the other employee’s name. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic respect and hygiene.

Horrible service, I was given the wrong order and when I went back to get the right food I was told that I was wrong and the lady was arguing with me. They ended up giving me the right food but very forcefully and one of the workers that was in the back rolled her eyes because we asked for the right food. I was also told next time to order the right thing when I had already ordered the right thing, they were the ones to make the mistakes.

I’ve been to this specific location 3 times.
This is the worst run location I’ve ever experienced.
1. Fries consistently soggy with no seasoning.
2. Drive through person, shouldn’t be communication with the public.
3. Got home and no dirty rice.
4. Chicken tasted like they never change the fryer oil.
5. Check your receipt, just saying…
6. Waited forever, like they didn’t know they were serving chicken, biscuits and fries today. (Saturday 7:30pm).
7. Crew looks like they’re on Valium.
8. Manager was arguing with the car in front of us.

Worst Bojangles ever! One compliment might be, the building is relatively new.

Sat in line for 20 minutes. Chicken was dried up and not fresh. $18.00 for 2 little dried up legs and a tiny little breast, a biscuit, tiny coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and a salad. Unbelievable that a restaurant would serve such mess.

I should have known better from the reviews, I got a Cajun filet biscuit it tastes like it’s been sitting out for 2 days dry stale hard. No wonder no one wants to pay minimum wage workers any higher.

The food is great here, sometimes they have not had the food we want at the drive through and we had to wait, but in our experience we have never had a problem with the staff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. But other then that they are good.* Update* we still live this Bojangles better than the rest. But please please fo back to the box. The paper bag is not a good thing to use. As the tea swears and makes the bag rip. Sadly today we ordered our food and it came with the tea but rhe tea was busted at the bottom, and tore the bag luckily it was in the car, but we almost lost the food. But our car is now sticky and stained. Please go back to the box and check your teas for leaks before giving them out.

My wife and I have been going here since we moved to Roanoke 8 years ago. Lately we have noticed the chicken getting smaller and the breading getting thicker. We put up with that chalking it up to inflation. TODAY, however, the chicken was AWFUL. The breading was soggy the skin was like oily rubber and the chicken was greasy!!! this was our last visit to Bojangles, period! Also it appeared the only person in the building that spoke English was the very nice black female manager. Wake up and cook properly or end up going out of business.

The last 2 days (May 30 and 31), I ordered the steak and egg biscuit like I always do.
They are usually good.
It appears that they have changed their steak.
It looks smaller, thinner and is very greasy with not much taste.
Very disappointing…
The staff is great…
