Came here for breakfast with my team. Great service. Not once did I feel rushed. Annette greeted us with a smile and took time to answer the questions we had about the menu and promotions. The place was sober clean especially the restrooms. I would come back here anytime.

NEVER AGAIN! This was absolutely disgusting. I will never go here again. It was very weird pulling up to the drive thru and having a robot take my order. The guy at the window didn’t say more than 2 words to us. Then the food was awful. There was so much salt on the fries that you couldn’t taste anything else. I couldn’t even eat them. I think I ate maybe 5 total before I stopped even trying. The chicken tenders were very bland and tasteless. Then the worst part, when I got to the last 1/4 of my sweet tea, I felt something gritty and waxy in my mouth. I don’t know what this crap is that was in my cup but it looks like coffee grounds or dirt of some sort. Whatever it is, its disgusting. An absolute waste of $16.

I recently visited the Bojangles in Hampton, Virginia, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and I typically order the 3-wing combo with French fries. The chicken is decent—it’s not the best I’ve had, but certainly not the worst either. However, the biscuits are a standout. They’re consistently soft, buttery, and delicious, which is a big plus for me.
I usually use the drive-thru, and I must say, the drive-thru team is always friendly and professional. I’ve never had any issues when placing an order, and the service is generally quick. On the rare occasion when I’ve had to wait, it was only because they ran out of wings and needed to cook more. On that visit, I ended up waiting about 20 minutes, but I didn’t mind since I knew the chicken would be fresh.
One area where I think they could improve is glove usage. I’d like to see the team change their gloves more frequently, especially when transitioning between working the drive-thru and packing orders.
The only downside for me is that the prices here can be a bit on the higher side but I guess that’s everywhere you go these days.
The location itself is in a quiet, convenient area with plenty of parking, making it easy to stop by. The staff members are always nice. It’s also a bit of an interesting spot—since I often spot ducks in the parking lot, likely due to the nearby swamp area.
Overall, I would recommend this Bojangles for its great biscuits, friendly staff, and good service. It’s a reliable choice for a quick meal, especially if you’re a fan of Southern comfort food.

Food is hit or miss, sometimes it’s fresh and juicy… other times it heat lamped dried out… service is about the same, some staff bend over backwards to help other times it seems like you aren’t even there. Atmosphere is calm, mostly because no one is in there.

This is as of TODAY 7/6/2024. This USED to be THE Bojangles to go to.I went early today around 1pm. I ordered TWO supreme dinners and a two piece snack. I asked for them to please drop everything fresh and because I went through the drive through, I would pull aside and wait. The person (male) taking the order ASSURED me that everything was just up about Five minutes prior to my arrival. I asked are you certain, and he said yes. My fries are old, dried out and inedible! My dirty rice looks like they skimped on the portion and the supremes, aside from them being old are soooo small! The food just tasted old. I could not eat it! A waste of of $28.00. I’m not calling to complain either because they lied. Think about it like this, why am I going to talk to a manager who clearly allowed this during his/her shift. If I am being honest, they need to terminate all of the employees who were on this shift because they are a bad representation of the product/brand Bojangles tries to market. You want my advice? Don’t put any of your money into this location. Go elsewhere. WHEN your food comes out the same way mine did because you decided to eat here, take it as a loss and remember … I told you so. My advice that I will leave with Bojangles corporate….Terminate this entire shift and maybe the food quality will improve. Start with the manager because they can’t manage properly, then work your way down to the person lying to your patrons. Until then, this place will put out this nasty quality food. Goodluck to everyone eating at this location. Yuck!

Edit for the owner: I received 2 bo-berry biscuits and they were hard as rocks, so hard, that it couldn’t have been an accident that they were given to me. Your staff were also rude because my dog was in my car (yes I heard what you said, you’re honestly disgusting). Never going back. I do not recommend anyone going there ever.

I’ve been eating here over ten years. Things have changed in the last year. Service and speed seem to have disappeared. Today is a straw that may have broken the camel’s back. Order a ham and egg biscuit in the drive through.
Paid and then asked to pull around front and park in a space. Wait forever, go inside, it’s still not ready.
Now it’s time to go to work. I ain’t got time to wait more. I guess some employee is going to get a free breakfast this morning. It used to be so much better. I don’t know what happened.

This Bojangles is consistently top notch. I’ve been coming back for years. The efficiency of the crew perfecting your order so quick will amaze you. This includes the quality of the food and the care in packaging. I normally go through the drive-thru, but tonight I placed my order online and went inside to pick it up. I was greeted with a lot of enthusiasm and to top it off, the inside was well lit and clean! I’m writing this an hour and a half later with a happy belly! As a bonus, there is somewhat of a rare sight in the pond out back, a bunch of Muscovy ducks.

Update. 10-10-24. Ordered 3 wings with fries and Cole slaw. He even repeated my order back to me. Got home, no Cole slaw. They just do what they want to do. Second time this chicken look like it was cooked yesterday. The fries were burnt also. This location used to be decent.
