Came here a few weeks ago for some to eat for lunch and the food was really good and the service was pretty good too. I will say the price was kinda ehhh though because I got a combo meal for myself and then just a sandwich and fries for my friend and somehow everything came out to like $28 with just those items I mentioned which was kind of crazy. But other than that I would come back again.

I was told I needed to eat here. Glad I did!!! Chicken is crisp on the outside a d super juicy on the inside. Paired with the dirty rice and mash, omg…awesome!!!

Morning staff is always great! You guys are killin it! Friendly faces and attitudes go a loooong way and I know how some customers can treat service associates, but you guys do well to always be friendly! The lobby and dining room is clean and clear every time I’m there so ordering inside is usually quick and easy.

As for the AI ordering in drive-thru…. Delete that crap and don’t bring it back until it passes testing with flying colors! I don’t use the drive-thru anymore because it can be a hassle and the workers have to correct the order at the window or stop the AI and take over the rest of the order. Minus the AI, 5 stars all around.

I went through the drive thru around 7:30 this morning. It’s usually good but today I was reminded of why I stopped going. I always get 2 sausage biscuits, today they were so hard and dry I couldn’t even finish them.

This ai drive through has been an issue everytime. I am debating on never going again with how bad it is. First off I got the wrong food. Only half my order was right. I order chick strip combo with Mac and a chicken biscuit combo with mash. Ended up getting an egg and cheese biscuit with mash and a chicken biscuit with my Mac. It also took me 3 minutes of sitting to order and still gets it wrong. I ask the attendant in the window how often they get complaints because of the ai order system and she said constantly. It’s sad but this kills the convenience of a drive through. I’m probably going to go somewhere else moving forward unless I am willing to walk in but again that defeats the purpose of having a drive through for convenience.

Gotta love Bo’s! I make sure whenever I’m in VA or south to make the stop. I love the sweet tea and chicken biscuits. The botato rounds are also delicious! I like that they come in different sizes now too!

My wife and I decided to try Bojangles for breakfast after hearing some good things. I went with the spicy chicken biscuit, seasoned fries, and a sweet tea, while my wife got the kids’ two-strip combo with hash browns and a soda.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. The chicken itself was fine, but the biscuit was very thick, heavy, and greasy. The seasoned fries were just okay, and the sweet tea wasn’t as good as I had hoped.

On the positive side, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Overall, great service but the food fell short for us.

This restaurant has fallen off a lot. It used to be one of my boyfriends favorite restaurants to go to, but lately it’s been slacking. We went there last night and he ordered a 2 piece dinner and I ordered the 3 piece. Firstly, the woman at the window was extremely rude. She barely said a word to us and messed up our drinks. When we got the food, the order was wrong. It was no big deal, so we went inside to have it fixed. When we went inside, one lady came to help us (she was the sweetest) after we told her we came from the drive thru. Soon as we said that, another lady yells from the back saying that my order is correct and I walked in the store initially to get my food. She got a whole attitude when my boyfriend said we came from the drive thru. She eventually asked what else we needed and then packed a small box with 2 legs and a thigh (it was supposed to be the other way around but it’s whatever). Once we got home and I started eating my food, it was hair in my food. I’ve never had an experience like this at this place. It used to be great establishment, but due to recent changes, I won’t be coming back again.
