Came here expecting to get my sandwich *fully cooked* but I guess they wanted me to get salmonella. I kind of expected to get good food after waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru but ♀️. They also messed up our order and gave us the wrong sandwiches.

Delicious food… even when it was not busy. My friend ordered a chicken bowl but the rice was going to take 20 min. So she subbed mashed potatoes and green beans instead of reg beans. IT WAS AMAZING! Like a gobbler bowl from wawa but better! The biscuits are delicious, “we know this.” The receipt says Emily was the cashier, but the sweet black man that helped us does not look like an Emily. Anyway, he was SO helpful, and friendly.

25 minutes of waiting after ordering and we still don’t have our food. Great.
Edit: finally got our food about 30 minutes after ordering and it was tasty. However, it is 100% not worth the wait! If you’re in a rush, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Store manager doesn’t know how to manage. Bo rounds and fries were consistently out of stock and I think that’s a large portion of the backup.

There is nothing like a Bo Berry Biscuit! Stopped by this morning and was greeted by a friendly employee. The order in front of me took a little while but my order was ready by the time I walked from the cash register to the pick-up area. Thanks for the quick order. Super tasty!

Long line. I waited enough they served people that came in behind me. Git my receipt w the food & they rang me up as a combo when I didn’t ask for it. Sausage biscuit w egg & gravy biscuit. What I git was sausage egg & cheese. Gravy serve to me was brown gravy instead of the country gravy. Didn’t try to explain just trued to pass it off. After waiting 40 minutes w such bad service & wrong ring uo & didn’t deliver what I ordered. Management should know to DO FAR BETTER. POPEYES YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS. BETTER YET LEE’S. JUST PISSED.

Just left this location. Went through drive thru and no one said anything for about 3-5 minutes. Thought “Maybe the speaker is broken.” Went inside and stood at the register for about 2-4 minutes. No one was there although I could see about three employees talking by the drive-thru window. No one greeted me, told me to wait, or acknowledged me in any way. I was about to call out to them so I could place my order and then I thought to myself “Why am I begging them to spend my money here??! Obviously they don’t care.” So I left! They are always slow at this location but I’ve never been completely ignored before.

Multiple times in a row, I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and they rung up just sausage biscuits. Somehow today they rung that up as 2 Cajun filet biscuits. I dont know how they can consistently ring up my order incorrectly every single time I come here, it’s ridiculous.

We were the only people in the restaurant and it took over 20 minutes to get our food – food that is already cooked by the way. It wasn’t that the needed to cook anything, because I stood and watched. The employees only have one speed here, SLOW. When I finally said something still waiting for our order, the employee finally started working on boxing our order after an extended time of waiting, again as the only people in the dining room. And every single table in the dining room was dirty.

Came in to pickup a 3P delivery order, the girl in the front was slow, not taking others orders in the order that they got there, and gave me the wrong order + drinks. When I delivered it, the customer let me know everything was wrong in the bag + the drinks. We are trained to not go tamper with peoples items so on the restaurants side everything should be correct. Staff needs to read orders thoroughly instead of rushing and throwing stuff together to get customers and 3P drivers out of the door.
