A very simple and sweet little place right by the capital! We tried the double wagyu burger and the parmesan truffle fry’s. The burger is really plain and just doesn’t have that push I hoped for but it was a decent burger, the fry’s are obviously fantastic with great texture freshness and robust flavor! They have an absolutely fantastic sauce bar and a great drink selection that really drives home the fry company’s desire to combine great flavor and atmosphere. The restaurant has very nice interior and a great view of the capital. The blueberry ketchup is actually really
Good as gross as that sounds.

Very unique, local food shop that gives a uniquely diverse sampling of different kinds of potatoes, sauces, and salts for the fries. The burgers are made with quality beef— with vegetarian options— and overall tasted really yummy. As a visitor to Boise, this place represents well the local culture.

I especially the fantastical art on the walls which have enough alien to be interesting and fun without being too strange. They also clearly feature fresh potatoes 🙂

Unfortunately, they only have Pepsi products and do not offer shakes. Additionally, several of their soda flavors were out of service.

Overall, my group and I liked trying the unique salts and sauces. Would recommend this to future visitors!

My family and I was passing through state to state. We came from Oregon and decided to give this spot a shot. We were so glad this was gluten free. I was happy to have my mom enjoy food like us. We all got our burgers and it was delicious. I ordered the Classic with sweet potato fries. The seasoning and sauce bar was pretty sick to see! The burger was juicy and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. I especially enjoyed Idaho’s fry sauce. It was sorta similar to In-N-Out special sauce but I think I prefer Idaho’s Fry Sauce instead. It went well with the burger I chose and the fries combined. The staff were helpful to accommodate and prepare gluten free procedures without cross contaminating my mom’s meal. Thank you, and we hope to come back soon.

Normally BFC has good burgers and fries. So after my son’s basketball game, we came for what we thought was reliably good burgers. Unfortunately, they were overwhelmed because of a text that went out for kids to eat free. All of our burgers were black and past well done and half of the size of normal. My wife’s burger bowl had wilted and spoiled lettuce with the fresh lettuce and everyone’s fries were super greasy and under-cooked. And it is particularly disappointing when it came with more than a 45 minute wait (which I guess they did warn us it might be up to 40 minutes). Disappointed and debating whether we will be back.

If you love fries, Boise Fry Company is absolute heaven. This place completely changes the game—it’s not just a side dish here; the fries are the main event!
The selection is endless. Being able to choose your specific potato type and the cut allows for so much customization, and everything comes out tasting incredibly fresh and delicious. The sauce bar is also next-level with so many unique options to try.
Beyond the food, everyone working there was awesome. Great vibes, great service, and arguably the best fries I’ve ever had. Highly recommend stopping by!

Liked the place and atmosphere that’s was it. I went to order asked for the BLT, and Truffle Parmesan fry’s. The lady asked if I wanted fountain drink and I said sure. She then asked what kind of fry’s I wanted and I said what ever goes best with the Truffle Parmesan. I went to go fill my cup from the fountain and it had a soda out of order H2O only. So paid for a soda that was not even available……. Then when I got my food I only had regular russet fry’s, not the Truffle Parmesan ones I asked for. And the BLT had one thin piece of lettuce…. Very disappointing sold item that was not available and my order messed up.

Incredible customer service and delicious. I had accidentally placed an order for the wrong location online. Once I realized it, my burger had sat there for a while. They offered to remake it fresh for me, and the fries too which was super cool.

Delicious, friendly, locally-owned eatery. I travel to Boise on business trips occasionally throughout the year. Boise Fry Company is always on my “must visit ” list whenever I’m in town. Located in the heart of Boise, just a few blocks from the Capital. As the name implies, fries are very important and popular here. Depending on the season, you will select from numerous types of potatoes (blue, purple, red, etc.) Of course, the unique dipping sauces add even more fun and taste to your fry selection. The menu also includes burgers, sandwiches, Bison, ice cream and more. My favorite burger is the classic with cheese. The dinning room and facilities are clean. Very laid-back, unpretentious atmosphere. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. Your order is freshly prepared. Dine in or carry out is available. Pricing is very reasonable. Boise Fry Company is a fun, delicious, casual restaurant for all ages. It’s a great place to eat with groups, family or alone.

Traveling through and this place was a perfect quick stop for lunch. The food and the staff were great. I’m going to be thinking about the fries and the veggie burger for a long time! My boyfriend had the bison burger and loved it too.

Day trip to Boise, visited the Boise Fry Company since it was on IG, excellent customer service, the food was high-quality and fresh, like farm to table, burger had no fillers, I had the Classic Burger in a bowl since I’m gluten free, added cheddar cheese, avocado, and bacons since I’m off potatoes right now – the burger came as a chopped salad. My daughter had a burger plus the purple potato fries with Blueberry ketchup, loved it, would visit the Boise Fry Company when in the area again.
