Solid place to go when you’re craving hot pot – they do individual hot pot or you can share. We have tried the beef, Thai, and seafood flavors – my favorite is still the beef flavor and I like to add the instant noodle as well. They can refill your broth when it’s getting low if you ask. There’s often a wait for a table during normal meal times – there’s a waitlist process they use once you get inside the restaurant. You can also order to-go if you don’t want to dine in or wait in line to dine-in. Staff is pretty friendly & accommodating. Parking in this lot can be tight or unavailable during busy hours.

I always go to the Seattle Boiling Point since it’s closer but I was in the are with my brother and we decided to try it out. This locations is much SMALLER than the Seattle one so I’d recommend this place for max 4 people dining in. I always get the Twaiwanese Spicy and the Spicy Cumin Lamb is a MUST.

Lovely place for quick meals. Plan in advance as you will always find waiting here

Boiling point is a chain and you can look up the menu online. The hot pots are decent. I’d suggest getting rice instead of vermicelli because most of the hot pots already have vermicelli, and the rice is prepared for you and served in a bowl whereas the vermicelli is just dry vermicelli in a bag that you put in the hot pot.

Most of the time I come here there is a wait, so if you don’t want to wait, come early or late.

The soup was delicious and perfect comfort food. Service was fair, and the place gets very busy at lunch, but overall it was an enjoyable meal.

I love boiling point. But after the last couple visits I’ve noticed that the portion sizes have significantly decreased. ALSO how could you take away the ”I ❤️ BP” fish cake and replace it with tiny pink fish cake pieces. I always have the best service and time with ALVIN and neck tattoo guy. Give them a raise.

Visited Boiling Point in Bellevue today, and as always, the food really hit the spot. It was comforting and full of flavor. I showed up early enough to avoid any wait, which was a huge plus. The real downside is the parking situation; the lot is either packed or incredibly tight, and it always feels like a scratch waiting to happen. Inside, the service was decent and nothing to rave about, but they were available when needed. The bathroom could definitely use more attention, as it wasn’t very clean. Overall, the food carries the experience, but the location and upkeep hold it back a bit.

Great food! I had the seafood and tofu hot pot and really enjoyed it. We didn’t have to wait long for a table, but the line picked up quickly after we were sat at our table. Very popular spot. Barely any waiting room so I can see how it would be frustrating to wait for a table. Still, I’d go back. Our group had a variety of dietary differences so it was really nice to have the personal hot pots.

I have been to this and Tukwila location a few times now. I’m surprised to see the review for this one. Yes, waiting is long but they put out the estimated wait time that is updated as often as they can. Also, they want to make sure that every hot pot bowl that comes out is fresh and hot. So, because it’s hot food, people takes longer to eat them (also I think most people want to enjoy it instead of burning their tongue.)

If you come for lunch time, you get to choose a drink (green tea or wintermelon at the time I write this review).

We came around 12.15pm, saw the estimated wait time is 20-30 minutes. Got the table at 12.30pm.

The only downside to this location is parking as the space is limited and some people can’t park their car in the line, making others struggle to park theirs.

However, the food came out wonderful. The taste is always consistent, which is a good thing! Our favorite is Taiwanese Spicy, it is definitely enough for the 2 of us. Our second favorite is thai tomato and then beef. It’s hard to beat the flavor and level of spiciness of the Taiwanese Spicy so we always choose that but if you can’t handle spicy, do not order that and blame the restaurant that it’s too spicy. The many times we come to this place, we never experience the food that’s bland. Service is always friendly, helpful. They will refill your water, soup, sauces if you ask for it (or if they happen to walk pass.) Food never disappoint.

Seriously with the price that we pay, we can’t have anything but positive experience with this chain. Our first time was in Tukwila, so coming here this place is smaller than that so wait time can be a bit longer. We always just order from large so 1 of that with 2 bowls of rice is plenty for us. We love their garlic bean paste sauce, it is our favorite!!

Drinks that we’ve tried and recommend are amber oolong tea and amber oolong milk tea. Their boba also have not disappoint us.

All in all, great experience and affordable food. We often see a single customer dining out by themselves and they don’t seem to mind at all. Seems normal to do that in this place, which is nice to see. If you want to have hot pot without the price of hot pot, this is a good option for you.

My friend recommended this place, claiming it was really good, so we decided to check it out for lunch. We arrived around midday and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table—not too bad, but still a bit of a wait.

Once seated, I ordered a large Taiwanese soup with steamed rice and an onsen egg. The soup bowl was generous, easily enough for two people. However, I found there was very little meat in it, so we decided to order extra pork belly on the side.

The restaurant was quite busy, with a constant stream of customers waiting for tables. The food tasted okay, but it wasn’t exceptional. I wouldn’t mind coming back to try a different soup, but I definitely wouldn’t wait 30 minutes for a table again. It’s best to avoid peak times if you visit.

The staff were fine. I didn’t have any particular expectations regarding their politeness, and I didn’t experience any issues, contrary to some other reviews I’ve read. Overall, it was a decent experience, but nothing to rave about.
