Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to grab boiled peanuts. They were excellent! Tried the spicy, regular, and chocolate varieties, all were great! Also picked up a jar of pickled okra. The Boiled Peanut Man was super friendly and kind, highly recommend stopping in to pay him a visit if you’re in the area!

Passed by while on our way to Dahlonega and decided to get us a bag of boiled peanuts. We got about a mile down the road before we tried them and immediately decided we should turn around to get another bag because they were so delicious! Ultimately, we decided to drive on and hopefully stop by on our way back. Luckily, he was still there a few hours later! We bought 2 more bags. Some locals told us the second time visiting that he has the best peanuts around and we certainly agree! The owner was very nice and he has great prices for world class boiled peanuts. Our favorite was the “good & salty”, but the “hot and spicy” are really good too.

If you haven’t tried boiled peanuts, you’re in for a treat. When we stopped here, he was all sold out except for the Chocolate and salted. They were tasty. Never had the chocolate ones before and really didn’t know what to expect. It was delicious! It’s like a grown up Reese’s peanut butter cup!

Peanuts are cooked just right not to salty or not smush Mr.Peanut is always nice and talks to you with a smile. His wife at the odd and ins shop is very friendly to. Everyone should stop in and see them. Good atmosphere

Lots of beautiful antiques! The store was well organized and clean and just charming all together. I didn’t get any of the boiled peanuts but the owners were so nice and very interesting people.
